Always getting diconnected from servers!!

As the title says. I don't know why this ALWAYS happens. I go into a server and then 1 minute later get disconnected. Anyone know how to solve this problem??

I get the same, and it's become really bad since the recent DLC's. I'm on NAT 2, I have a decent connection, and I'm the only one normally using our internet. I get good connection on all other games - such as Battlefield, yet on GT5 I'm lucky to be able to even connect to 3 servers per refresh. Even then, I'll get disconnected by the first minute I'm in the room.
I've tried clearing my cache on GT5 & general PS3. Turning my router off and on again, nothing seems to work for me.

This has been mentioned in countless threads, but here we go again.

1. Reset your modem, and make sure you're hardwired to your modem. Avoid routers.
2. Sync your time via internet.
3. Sync your trophies.
4. Start game, then disable custom music, and clear your system cache.
5. Save game, then enter lobby.

If this doesn't help your stability issues, you likely have a problem with your connection.

Sony has issues with their servers. This has been a problem with them forever and they have not fixed the problem.
