Beauty of this glitch is it cant be patched XD
And the journey begins after the glitch. It's not the destination, it's the journey.
Another sim related issue,gt6 is by far the best sim racer for the ps3 so if I want a great simulator why must I buy the same cars for gt6 that I had in gt5 because if I buy a real car (for example an Audi TT)and i have another garage on my property I don't have to buy another TT to put in it,the same car gets parked in both garages. The loyal customer base who bought gt5 for$60 is probably the same loyal customer base who will buy gt6 for another $60 for pete's sake transfer the same cars to the new game
Thanks for the reply yes get your point entirely, but if your loyal customer base keeps driving his favourite cars every time he races then give him some reward for ponying up another $60 each new installment this will keep him coming back to your product and not get the sense of being taken advantage of smart buisiness I think perseption is reality!!This is one thing that doesn't bother me. You know full well you paid for a separate game. Why would you expect everything to carry over? If a few cars were added, or a credit bonus for buying the previous game were included, that could be cool. Some games do that. But expecting every car you had to transfer over is foolish.
Right on my good man you hit the nail right on the head I could not agree with you anymore perfect post!!I don't think anyone is missing out by not doing the $20M glitch. I am confident that PD will provide login bonuses at some point, which will significantly increase the payouts. And I don't see "grinding" as a problem -- I get to drive all my different cars on different tracks, testing and tuning, enjoying the improved graphics and physics models, while having fun and earning credits. I'm in no hurry to get all the cars or achieve 100% completion, I just want to enjoy the game. That's what it's for, right? And look how many people say it ruined the game by having so much money. I have to laugh because it makes me think of people saying, "Dangit hurry up so we can have some fun!" Totally missing the point. It's not the destination, it's the journey.
What do you mean by imaginary friend? It is relevant. Just because your imaginary friend didnt care doesnt mean thousands of other people wont or dont have a right too. You continue to try and justify what you know to be innapropriate behaviour.
I don't wanna glitch it, for my own benefit.
I want to enjoy earning credits with racing, buying cars with my hard earned credits.
The glitch does affect other players. I imagine the people who actually paid money for credits aren't very happy about it.
If you do something wrong you DESERVE to be punished. It doesnt matter if YOU justify your actions to yourself or not.

I paid $60 to play the game, not to glitch and got everything on day 1 and start complaining how short the A spec races were and how few the seasonal events and etc etc..The AI lets you win, so you are not really earning anything. You are just putting your time in, like a hamster running in that wheel they all have. It's not really about effort or skill.

cmon such negative thinking, the AI are nice to race against, depending on who your challenging. I have noticed they make human-like mistakes. I crashed on the Nurb, and one of the AI almost hit me but he swerved out of the way and span out, like a real race incident.I paid $60 to play the game, not to glitch and got everything on day 1 and start complaining how short the A spec races were and how few the seasonal events and etc etc..
You paid $60 for a game where the AI lets you win. Congratulations.
Great point no Ai that I know could beat Sebastian Vettel or michael Schumacher human competition always gives fantastic drives....Since when the AI in GT ever wins?
in the previous GT, I always leave them for at least 20 seconds behind, but in GT6, even though they will leave me in the first laps, in the end they will let me pass and they will start catching me again at final corners until the finish line, and they will usually right in my rear view mirror. It was better than GT5 actually, because once you screw the last corners, you will definitely lose.
What part of go away and annoy someone else did you not understand? The rationale and relationship to human behavior is the same so yes, lets.
No one is twisting your arm to buy ANYTHING. They are offering a service for people who like instant gratification and are willing to pay for it. If the payouts were the same and there was no cash shop you'd just be whining that the game takes too much work. I'm personally glad to see rewards harder to earn. If not for this glitch then seeing someone with certain cars would mean they actually put in the time to earn it, either in game or at a real job.
Ok, so I just did it. But in order to do it again do I have to update (2hours) and repeat the same process? Also what if I buy a $20,000,000 car? How do I get the money to keep going?
And please: stop saying you're using the glitch as a "protest" against microtransations, you're being disrespectful towards anybody who really had to fight (or is fighting) for their most basic rights. If you really wanted to protest the developer of a videogame introducing an aspect you don't like to its game to make end a meet, you could have not bought the game.
As usual, you miss the point. I don't mind paying for stuff, I just don't like being asked to pay twice.
If you have a problem with that then hard luck. Go and annoy someone else.
For myself the gloves came off when using their "microtransaction" system results in one paying nearly $150 real money for one virtual car.
It's a joke calling this system micro. Nothing micro about it.
I got this feeling of being at a high end car auction. Seeing all these fine autos I really want to own. Reality is I can't afford them. I play car games to get the chance to drive those. Now with GT6. I got that same feeling of being broke and not being able afford anything. That left a very bad taste in my mouth.
So yea no guilt what so ever.
Had they offered a fair deal on credits. Then sure. I'd paid up.
Make a pack where we get all the 10 million cars for like $20 and then $1 here you a million.
This would of been closer to microtransactions.
This sounds completely naive and reactionary. There is zero reason to ban anyone using the glitch when it gives them no unfair advantage over anyone else. There is also no reason to give you honor for just playing the game differently. They are without honour, integrity, or principle. They would rather resort to nefarious methods, than fight the good fight. This is the distinction, which always separates men from boys.
Yes obviously, and it's ridiculous that PD decides to address this by putting two price tags on the game content.Glitch users just want everything and want it now.

If anything this could be one of the best things to happen to the series. I can only hope PD gets the point and sees that their way of doing things is far from optimal.
