I'd say that's a good price for an L lens. I was told several years ago that you get better results (especially when panning) with IS turned off, so I tried turning it off and have never turned it back on again!I settled on the 70-200mm L lense. I got it for €300, so I guess for an L-lens I shouldn't complain. Since it's for autosport, maybe I don't really need IS either, so I'm curious to see if I'm going to like it! 👍
