Fandamntastic. I can't wait to see females on growth hormones with deep raspy voices. Mmm.
But seriously, I enjoyed the show when I was a younger kid.

In fact, he headed the group that left the WWF and reported that Vince McMahon forced them to use them. He supposedly hasn't used them since.1. Hulk Hogan no longer uses steroids.
I was the same way. It was fun to watch when nothing else was on, but I wouldn't watch it regularly.Watched it last night. Corny, hokey, just like the original. I enjoyed it but I'm not sure I could handle it on a regular basis.
By the way, what was up with that Big Country guy that was competing last night? I can't remember everything he said, but I do remember one about how it was just like pig wrestling at the fair and another about how it reminded him of running from his momma when she was chasing him with the belt.
Well, he was from Tennessee. Sadly, being from Kentucky I know people that actually act like that, so I am unsure if he was faking it or not. Although, everyone seems to be almost too cheery. I could almost imagine MXC style voice overs for every interview and the Yeah! Go! stuff wouldn't have had to be voiced over, because they already fit.The guy was hamming it up bigtime. I'm not sure if he got a kickback for that or what, but he was definitely over the top.
Both guys seemed completely exhausted by that point, definitely not gladiator material. It's sad when the losing woman who couldn't break 10 points the whole show does better. It was also really strange how he waited for the other guy to catch him on the final round and lost by a second. That seemed a little staged, but who knows.
Unless you could actually do the hand bike that was always the case, except they used to have the giant cushions and climbing through those to forever, while water can easily be navigated in and out of by anyone with basic swimming skills. The water looks cooler and has a better effect when people fall, but on the Eliminator you are correct that it makes some parts easier to just avoid.I think they've got some work to do on that final challenge. It appeared to me that for about half of it it was faster to fall off and give up than it was to actually do the task.

FoolKillerSpeaking of the water in Eliminator; why on the swimming under the fire part does everyone jump in feet first?
I'm thinking that is the case, but considering the nature of the show and how many events involve free falling into the water after getting the crap beat out of you buy a gladiator it just seems a bit ironic.I wonder if the folks running the show instructed them to do that for safety.

You changed my quote to WWe but it was WWF at the time. WWE was when he returned because WWF bought WCW.You mean the WCW/NWO? That was awesome! I forget all who was in there besides Hogan, though.
It's not too bad so far and I think that the Hulkster was a great choice for hosting this show.
Amen brother....what cha gonna do when the HULKSTER comes for you!
