Ugh...more spammers....
IMO I say just leave it as is, if it works don't fix it right?
I sent this to gogatrs as a PM but I'll stick it here, it's from a week or two ago.

Alright, there's a list of potential cars with their minimum weights and downforce outlined. Now before you go off asking where's this and that let me explain....
I've ditched all the cars over 1300kg (cept the Jag, it's got downforce on its side) as they're just too slow and need too much power to even be halfway competitive. That cut the list a bit down as the M3, Aston and XKR got the flick along with maybe one or two others. I've also nulled the Ruf, why? No downforce and it's going to be the GTC car right? No point having it compete against cars with not only an aero advantage but also a handling and torque advantage, they can have their own class.
I've also added cars not competing in the ALMS but have or currently are competing in other forms of GT racing. Reason? Who makes up the field? The drivers! And being that this is a virtual racing series with road cars standing in for race cars there's no point to stick steadfast to those cars, not to mention the drivers themselves don't want to stick with just those 5 odd cars.....
The high downforce cars are in their own separate list, I know there's more available but I haven't bought them so I don't know about them....I propose these either become the GT1 class otherwise they'll just be balanced against the others.
Now, horsepower should be above the 500hp mark for EVERYTHING. This will allow for faster racing, cars can be brought closer together performance wise and it should result in beginners being able to compete from the get go. Weight also needs to be as low as possible, this will prolong tyre life and also add in the element where some cars will have an advantage over others on certain tracks (minimized where possible) but also make the racing closer as it should avoid those understeering M3's, XKR's and DB9's from being backmarkers.
Let me know what you think, actually think it through first...the aim is to provide for the drivers here not a goal you're trying to set and follow (don't be draconian

). This series has proved to be hugely enjoyable from it being relaxed, don't go ruining a good thing by making it so strict. "
Yes the car list is different to the 'Global GT' one (in my interest check thread and a few pages back here) so disregard that bit.
