I took the Zonda LM Race car to Nordschleife. In heavy rain. For 2 laps. With 11 other opponents (mostly in LM Race cars). Conclusion: Requires heaps amounts of throttle & braking modulation & very careful steering, esp. with TCS off, which I had off during the race. Kinda useless to post here, as everyone knows that, but I'm just putting it out there if anyone ever races with the same config w/ TCS off...
 
Did a 1:33 in practice with the Bentley.

@ Elite, yeah was kind of out of focus to give it a feeling of movement. Not sure if its worked too well tho haha.

@ gatrs, just a beetle with a spoiler ;).

You watch those 1995 BPR GT vids I posted? Those 1995 Beetles with bigger tyres even got beaten by Ferrari's! That Jag was rubbish back then tho...

Oh, those actually stated cars were meant to be a road car modified for racing, not a race car modified for racing when there wasn't even a street version around at the time. So again, what rules was it built to?

Cheer up, bud. At least you reached the milestone. And gatrs is almost reaching is 4000th post. Cowboys is reaching his 2000th, but by 180 posts.
 
Take away the Beetle propaganda and gatrs would only have about 900 posts :dopey:
