I'd like it to just be that the finishing order of the last race at Le Mans be the standings since this seasons been such a shambles. So whoever wins Le Mans wins the ALMS, anyone else up for that?

Edit: Also I forgot your two worst point races get dropped so the disconnection shouldn't bother you unless you've had 2 disconnections already, so we should give you 3rd place points

BTW, I'm in my lounge testing at Le Mans if anyone's interested.

It was a pretty good race for me. Had a nice heated battle between me & marls after the 15th lap.

If anything I deserve to keep the McLaren in GT having taken over the reigns of running this series on raceday....:sly:
 
Klassykid ruined my race strategy, it would have played out perfectly but his spin or whatever it was had him stop right in the braking zone, I couldn't maneuver around him or brake in time. I pit early because my tires were going down, and i fell out the lead from a mistake. But my 2nd stint was perfect except for the Klassy incident. I meant to stay out longer as the other LMPs pitted after my first pit. So I would stay out as long or longer before my 2nd stop for the final stint. It worked perfectly except hitting him in the rear costing me 10 seconds of my lead. I came in 2nd by 4 or 5 seconds. No biggy though. Just feels good to know my strategy was sweet, and would have worked had it not been for that ONE incident. Oh well.

Just wondering...would you allow the Dauer 962 in the GT class if it was in the game gatrs? :dopey:
 
^^ He would have to because he couldn't get me out of that car. Thought Porsche was going to be in the dlc? Porsche 962c would be nice.
 
Le sigh. Looks like no one even bothered with the support race. It will be this Thursday at 7:30 unless there's a good reason to change the time. The other two will be one lap races on Friday. R10v908 (no chicanes) and the classic le mans race with the same cars and whatnot as gatrs' classic le mans series (chicanes).
 
You usually run it so that's kinda why it didn't happen (due to your absence). We only had about 8 people total anyway...
