You friend eachother and then one of you sends the item to the other first and then hopes that the person who receives the item is not a jerk and does send the item and doesn't de-friend you. Lol to give the item you go over the item and press triangle then go to gift to friend and then click the friend you want, but you can't trade cars worth over a million credits, just so you know...
