I'm a bit surprised no one has posted anything on the AE86. With the type of following this car has, I figured someone would've at least shared a drift tune here. Like you, however, I'm more interested in a driving tune.

love this car, handles great.
Power 243 bhp
weight 855kg
traction 0
tyres optional, I like racing softs
brake balance 0
ride height 85 85
2.10 2.00
6 6
60 60
90 90
2.5 2.0
0.0 in .30
drivetrain 10
21
30
Gearing I just maxed at 250km/h

My tune is mostly focused on tracks were top speeds don't really matter much, I run it for fun though so you may not like the limited top speed:

Power: 247cv(stage 3 max power)
Weight: 855kg (stage 2 max reduction)

Tires: Sports Soft/Sports soft
TCS: 0
Brake Balance: 0

Suspension:

Ride height: 90/90
Natural frequency: 2,10/2,10
Sway bar: 4/4
Compression rate: 60/60(I don't mess with this)
Rebound rate: 90/90(I don't mess with this)
Camber: 0,5/0,5
Toe: 0,00/0,60

Downforce: N/A

LSD:

Initial torque: 5
Acceleration: 20
Deacceleration: 20

Transmission: Stock transmission.

I don't like the straight cut noise, but if you're going to use a custom transmission, move the top speed slider to 260km/h and then move the 1st gear ratio all the way to left, the 2nd gear ratio you move half way the distance you moved to left of the 1st gear ratio, the other gears you can leave as they are...The car should have just enough power to not hit the limiter.
