There is an excel spreadsheet original of it on the thread that @rams1de posted. It is the MS 2010 version of excel though, which is not compatible with older versions. If you are using a freeware version of MS Office, like Open Office, then you can use it though.

I have one on my blog for GT5. If there's interest I can redo it for 6 but I think there is a sticky that has one already.

This is what I'm using now for my garage. I have it in a post, and I just copy/paste it when I do a new tune.

But you mentioned you wanted blank, so you can write it in, well, this is blank, you should be able to just print it out if you wanted.

Yes, I made a tune for a complete beast, to race street races at 550pp, lol. Why? Because I could.
This thing is great using it for what it's made for, like in 'like the wind', however, this thing handles awesome at lower PP as well. Plus, you look cool when everyone shows up in a 550pp room, and they have all normal cars, and your sitting there shiny and slick looking. This car is just plain FUN to drive, nothing more needs to be said.
