I can't get the frickin 2.01 download to download. I keep getting to between 3 and 8 percent and then it stops. Internet here is good. This is getting AGGRAVATING!!!!
Cheer up mate at least the update didn't break your GT5 and send it back to the stone ages, I had to reinstall every single update they released since something went wrong with the install of 2.01 .
Indeed something strange is up with this latest update. No problems here with the download, just keeps freezing online. Try to clear your cache in the GT5 menu. There's a thread up "GTFO" addressing the latest batch of concerns.
I have noticed this as well because I Sponged a few cars before the update, and it took me about 1 hour 30 mins maximum. Now it takes me 3 hours to do and my internet speed is exactly the same.
I get Freeze in Open internet lobby since GT5 got released.. and am dissconected from online races every 2 hours, this start to happen about half year ago..
it seems sometimes it gets better after update and when new update comes up its get worse again... (never had problems downloading updates or problems with save game) and GT5 is the only game Im having problems online..
