Anyone have good liege tracks?

I'm dying to race some good gravel tracks but I can't seem to make any without them being overly complex or too simple. Do you guys have any tips or even have courses I can drive on?

Btw how can I download a friends course?

try a 7-sector course with alternating difficulty, an idea might be 4-8-0-6-4-9-5 with varying corner tightness. Then just cycle through until you see one yo u like and do some fine tuning.
