Well first off welcome to GTP! For your first shots those aren't that bad. There are some basic techniques and adjustments that you may want to play with using a photo editing program. The most important adjustment is Brightness. You definately want to increase the brightness to reveal hidden detail otherwise hidden by the lack of light. Along with brightness, is contrast. Increasing this adjustment will ultimately result in more realistic looking photos as well as a "pop" to your photos. Another good adjustment to increase in some situations is Saturation. Saturation is the intensity of the colors in the photo. This adjustment makes your photos more visually appealing to the viewer. Other than those adjustments your photos have good framing and composition. Try those tips on your next set of photos and you should see a drastic improvement. If you have some spare time please drop by my gallery and leave a comment
