LOL!!, That surely seems to be the truth for the Bugatti. This track is very technical and the car is a beast, but a few "practice" laps will help learn the track and will warm the tires. GT6 seems to take around 2 to 3 (a few laps) minutes to get the tires warmed, then they'll stick pretty good. My favorite tires other than RH would be the Sports Soft. They stick almost as well as do the RH in 600 hp and under cars. With the Veyron, I tried not to cut corners my first few laps cause I was afraid of being penalized, but only when I realized with Ascari, you pretty much have to plow straight through them, I golded it instantly. Sheesh, driving that was like someone putting a pair of wheels to a bag of bricks, except the bag of bricks has better handling.
I tried this and best I can do is Silver! Have Gold on all others but having trouble with S4 and 5 these cars are monsters.Just golded the Lambo at brands & veyron at Ascari everything off except ASM & ABS on 1. The gold at Ascari came on only my3rd full run. HaHa.![]()
One little trick it learnt Have the TCS on 0 on launch that will give you at least 1/2 a sec jump off the mark. Then as soon as you get traction using the RA function (you have this on the DS3 controller as well) switch the TCS back on. If your already close this may get you gold. I had the ASM on as well but that was 2 mths ago just to control the big heavy slidey beasts and I haven't revisited the tests since. Good luck.I tried this and best I can do is Silver! I used TCS 0 on all of them. TCS kills corner time. I've seen several gold runs online with it though.
The only reason I won the Veyron was the same reason I thought I lost. I lost control, and it went into a slide. Turns out my ghost was about three seconds behind me, letting me win with a second and a half to spare.Same here. I did much better without TCS since the Veyron's AWD system lets you get small 4-wheel drifts going in corners and you can use the throttle to make the car's front wheels claw it back onto the cornering line. With TCS that ability gets lessened.
It took me a while to figure out that, for me, I had to drive it like a rally car to make it work.
Red Bull online rooms on ssrx, fun and you get it in no time flat.To answer your question, no s-license is not hard. To be honest there's not one hard challenge in GT6. If you've played GT5, there's not one challenge that doesn't feel like a walk in the park.
I did not yet get platinum on GT6 because I refuse to grind for the mileage trophies
All drift coffee breaks use manual gearbox, abs 0 and comfort medium tyres. You will be surprised how easy it is.Red Bull online rooms on ssrx, fun and you get it in no time flat.
But off-topic: IA mission race 1 and S coffee break, any tips?
I was using ABS 1, Manual, and CH, didm't work so I did CS and got better scores. RS sucks. All drift coffee breaks use manual gearbox, abs 0 and comfort medium tyres. You will be surprised how easy it is.
