You actually own the game and are able to sell it later on if you stop playing, don't like it or its rubbish. What's the benefit of physical?
Just a view from a physical kinda guy who is fighting digital media until the last possible moment lol

Buy it! Buy it now! 😋I am waiting for reviews. Not from some website or magazine but from YOU folks.I'm going to listen to what some of you have to say.
Haha, yes I have fond memories of trying to sell games back to a game store, I had a few games with me and they wanted to buy them for less than €3 per game (while they were selling used copies for 30-40€ still), I told the person he was delusional and left with my games that I still have, selling them yourself on a 2nd hand websites is the only way to go when trying to sell your old games. You can display them, loan them out to friends. Or if you don't like the game, you can get ripped off by trading the game in for $5 at Gamestop to have them sell it for $55.

In my view, AAA games are so time consuming and expensive to make nowadays that they always release broken and the players end up being the beta testers. The aforementioned Cyberpunk, GTA Trilogy, ANY Sonic game, Pokemon BDSP are just some few recent examples. The Gran Turismo series does have a bad reputation for delays and launching subpar, broken messes like GT2 and 5. When Sport launched, the FFB and tyre physics were laughably bad.I was disappointed it was cross gen too but the more I see of it and all the other games whice are cross gen the ps5 versions will still look good and run silky smooth.
Also having a GT game releasing so close to launch means we may actually get 2 entries this generation and I assume by then the second release fot the PS5 will be next gen only.
After previous Battlefields I wouldn't pre-order any BF, I wasn't disappointed when I pre-ordered GT Sport, I have confidence that they won't make a CyberPunk 2077 situation out of it!Remember no pre orders.
I came close to pre ordering bf 2042 it felt like I dodged a bullet.
What? I pre-ordered Fanatec stuff and GT7, and wouldn't regret anything even if the delivery took two years and the stuff sucked on arrival.Remember no pre orders.

I will, if I know the AI has improved. If it's still like Gran Turismo 6 and Sport (tons of rubberbanding, lack of challenge) I will not buy it.Buy it! Buy it now! 😋
I'm thinking and quietly hoping that we'll know the answer to that tomorrow! During the State of Play event, hopefully we can see that the AI has improved as well as the settings for the AI.I will, if I know the AI has improved. If it's still like Gran Turismo 6 and Sport (tons of rubberbanding, lack of challenge) I will not buy it.![]()
I normally don't do preorders anymore myself. But GT7 is my exception to that rule.Remember no pre orders.

Well others have giving you a good answer but i'll give you my.I thought I read that for the base version for PS4 you can download 2 days before March 4. So that's what I intend to do to avoid congestion on lau

I definitely would have bought physical, but why buying because of the lack of physical content of GT7.Well others have giving you a good answer but i'll give you my.
I buy my games physical when there special and gt is a special series to me since i been with it since the start back in 1998. I buy digital when its not a special game to me and i don't mind owning it.
That's really all that's to it for me when it comes to physical or digital.
