Anyway I find it sad that they had to cancel this years rally instead of delaying it and planning another course in Africa or doing something in South America.

Meh, this is gonna happen next year, not replacing this years canceled race!!!! Who knows whats gonna happen in the next 12 months or so....... Besides, I think the turn up would probably be less than other years (primarily its being held in South America, not Europe/Africa where there is more interest......)
