Any chance that with Porsches console will get a patch? (hoping and waiting for private lobbies) No words about that from Kunos?

They will patch the game to match the PC version in order for the DLC packs to work properly (extra elements in the controls/steering) and I suspect that will be sooner rather than later as DLC means money earned. As for other stuff, it's pointless doing anything to balance the AI yet as the AI has been updated a couple of time on PC so the patch update have to match before they can do that.

You can rest assured my reaction to virtually all the Porsches, certainly the race cars, will be pretty close to this whenever they land on console.

Out of curiosity are additional Special Events added with an update for when a new DLC pack releases?

I knew I should have made the 228 km trip to Stuttgart a couple of weeks ago. Heck, I was in Konstanz for a day and it's only 172 kms away!!!

I wonder, just wonder, if maybe Porsche has some really high quality sound samples they might provide to a certain gaming developer who happens to be releasing some of their cars into a world class simulator very soon.
 
Who do we ask to get the sub folders created for Asset to Corsa like there is for pCARS? Like Online Racing , Car Tunes/Settups.. etc?

Chill mate, in case you missed the :P smiley, I was just making a joke. I don't believe in PC being superior to console either. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses. I just chose to move to PC because I got fed up with how console makers tend to treat their customers. On PC there's a lot more freedom, but sometimes I do miss the convenience and extensive online community of consoles. So, defo I'm not looking down on you guys ;)

Now I haven't looked through all the new threads in this forum, but looking at the main page alone there's like >5 threads on controller issues. Probably could have done a google search or just ask them all in the same thread. But for some people clicking a new thread button is easier than searching. Again, I'm not singling you out here, but there is a large proportion of console users who just prefers the easy way out instead of working for it.

Anyway, it doesn't really matter in the long run. I'm just an old man with OCD that likes the forum page looking as clean as possible :P

Well glad that was cleared up ;) I am so chilled now! :cool:

For the record, all PC owners are a bunch of man-babies able to afford a PC rig from not paying rent because they live with their parents until their 40's and are using forum superiority to cover the shame and embarrassment :p

Look at how nicely this Honda S800 is coming along. I can't wait to get my hands on this thing. Check out the detail of the dashboard and even the Michelin tires! @A3DR is an incredible artist/3D modeler. If you haven't driven his Veloce GTS you need to go download it immediately. It is such a fun car to throw around.

Ran out of fuel one lap from the finish. :lol: I believe the 919 hybrid is slated to be part of the Porsche DLC.

Marco said the Toyota TS040-HYBRID and Audi R18 e-tron are due Jan / Feb while the 919 Hybrid, both 2015 and 2016 models, will be part of the Porsche Packs.

I'm really looking forward to driving those cars, they'll be a great addition to an already good car selection.
If they add a couple of LMP2s then we'll be set for some interesting multiclass races.
