Hello,

I was wondering if someone could tell me the total number of attachments that are on this site and possibly how much memory they take up?

Thanks,
Tom

I'm assuming you're still going to keep it a secret on how much this site costs you per month or year. If not that, could you give us an idea of how much it is per month or year, whichever you do/prefer or whatever. I have no idea. Shoot me.

Are they all stored in a(n) (accesable) seperate folder, where I would be able to view all of them easily? Just being curious...

what if jordan kinda went bankrupt? will the site go down?
Yes, if the bills don't get paid then the site would go offline. But if it came to that I would probably sell the site to someone who could afford to keep running it.

Yes and no. As of right now they are all stored in a table in the MySQL database. This, obviously, is very stressing on the database so I will make use of a new feature in vBulletin 3.0 that will allow attachments to be stored in a separate folder on the site, solving that problem. I'm not sure if I'll make all of the attachments available, but you will be able to see all attachments posted by each user via a link in their profile, which should be pretty neat. :)

Goodness me, I was just thinking of suggesting that! (After finding it difficult to dig up some old attachments of my own)

Jordan, exactly how cool are you?

Note: The above statement was in no way sarcastic, it is a serious question regarding the coolness of this great Website Creator.
