Yeah I did a whole thing with white rims, the Matte from the SLS. Looks pretty dope on my R8. Damn this break in process. Only at 580hp.

Will we be able to paint our own colors? Cause I kinda already started working and breaking in my car. Have it painted a different color with color on the rims as well. Obviously not a stock color. Matte Grey to be exact.

Yes you can use custom colors. If you want to claim your color just let me know and I'll update the list to what everyone is running

Look at the first post. Your should be at 608 hp right off the bat
 
Yeah I bought all the required parts listed and was not at 608.

Im running that Matte colour off the Benz SLS. (AMG Monza grau Magno) with white rims.

Edit: just did an oil change, now at 612hp. Oh very weird lol.

Cool, forgot to mention this, but congrats on your progression to round three, sort of.
 
I'm gonna go with matte black, in my opinion the audi is one of the few cars that looks great in chrome, I'm jealous!

Will it just be one long fun race tonight? or a few shorter ones? WHats the plan?
 
Probably a few sprint races on tracks that aren't on the season schedule.

Yeah nobody really showed. I've been presented with an opportunity to go to the Chicago Auto Show and I'll be gone this Monday through Wednesday so I'll have to delay the league until next Tuesday. I apologize but the opportunity was too good to pass up. The 8 week season will start a week from this Tuesday. I will plan on another practice/ fun race this coming Thursday.
 
Sorry i missed tonight, you guys want to have unofficial practice next tuesday? Take some pictures for us at the Chicago Auto show, we would all go i'm sure.

Races are on Fridays at 9:30 EST.

Sorry I couldn't make the fun race last night. Got tied up with some things. So the season is not starting till the 22nd then?
 
I'll roll with a grey Lambo with black wheels like the one in Dark Knight. I know that was a 640 but it's sexy either way. I almost cried when they wrecked it

Rules and Regulations page on the league site has been updated. If you have not taken a look at them yet, please do so before the inaugural race on the 22nd. If there are any questions or concerns with the league rules, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Other league - related news, I will be doing some testing after I get back from Chicago and will be updating the OP with a "Drivers Briefing" to go over acceptable pit in/out procedures, what is in/out of bounds etc.

On a side note, is there anyone driving the Audi that would be interested in forming a team?
 
Good news! I got a new PS3 after my other one decided to quit so I can participate again. Are there any Audis left?

Great news! Unfortuately no, only the Lamborghini Gallardo is available.

Don't think id mind forming a team. I will be missing the first race of the season though. Originally it was going to be the second, but since the season was pushed back it will now be the first. Haven't been out to the practice, been having mad mid terms. Don't worry still in for the season.

I've been testing and I'm just curious where everyone else is at.

What are your lap times for the first track?

What's your HP up to after break in?

How many miles are on your car?

I'm @ work right now so I don't have all of my info but I'll post it when I get home
 
I don't think I will make all the races so I would like to drop to at least a part time racer.
 
Ok I am in bad shape, I don't have a racing wheel, I don't have a head set. I would like to withdraw. Best regards to the other drivers. By the way the race should be very close between the both cars. The lambo is slightly faster on the straight and has better brakes. The audi is a little better in the corners.

I haven't done much testing yet. Will probably spend a lot of time on it tomorrow. I was around the 1.45 mark.
