I have noticed that from the drivers screen (where u can see all 6 drivers) my experience bar (grey bar in the middle) is not increasing, but if you individually select the driver the same bar is maxed out. I have not received the trophy for raising a driver to the peak of his career and believe that the experience bar ( grey bar in the middle) is currently broken. If anyone else is noticing the same let me know so I will stop thinking i am losing my mind.

I'm somewhat having the same issue. Im on B-Spec lvl 40 and my 1st and main drivers grey exp bar seems to get no improvement. It looks stuck a little over halfway... WTF!!! is going on?? I've done 24hr multiple times and no exp has been added... But my other "new" drivers seem to be getting exp, although, same thing happens...

My B-spec drivers are not getting experience as well. what gives? I created new ones after latest patch, they do online racing and nothing.. Same with offline..

I don't know this for sure, but my main driver seemed to 'stall' on his exp after a protracted bout of online remote racing (for which no exp is gained) and I found myself running the dream car championship over and over until it started to move. The movements did appear to increase but this might have just been a perception, rather than reality. Mind you, it was a good opportunity to buy cars for the collection too.

So as I've read above we all seem to be having the same problems with this exp bar to achieve the trophy. Has anybody you know received this trophy and if so HOW? ? ? Many thanks Matt and all the guys above

Each driver's experience bar increases by 1/500th for every offline race that takes place while they are in your team - they don't even have to drive in the race as they ALL gain that experience. The type of race, length of race, sort of car they use is all irrelevant. All that matters is the race.

1/500th is a tiny amount - 0.2% - and barely visible. You'll notice it better after 50 or so races (or 10%).

Remote races do not count.

Doesn't it require that all the drivers are offline? I have noticed that the form arrows doesn't affect shared drivers while offline drivers are affected.

Exactly... drivers shared can't get exp.

Yes - shared drivers are no longer "in your team" (you couldn't use them for a race if you wanted to, without unsharing them) and since remote races don't count they cannot gain experience.

Unshare your drivers and receive the credits and there XP will then go up, Whilst they are online there xp doesnt move till you take them ofline and receive all.

No it doesn't. Remote races do not give drivers experience.

Famine it does please check it it yourself, i have a second account where i race 1 B-spec driver againt 6 from my main account and 6 from a mates account. Now in this second account i have not ever entered a B-spec race except for online B-spec racing so how does the drivers gain xp and its there to show. will get photos as well to prove this.

"XP" and Experience are not the same thing.

B-Spec Drivers gain:
Offline
Credits
XP/Level
Race Wins
Race Count
Stats
Experience/Career
1000 Tickets

Online
Credits
XP/Level
Race Wins
Race Count
Stats

This thread is about the Experience/Career bar (the grey one, above the race win/races entered stat). That cannot be influenced with remote racing.

Famine here we go from the start.
mark20002 main account
mad_mark_1 second account and where i do all remote racing
jayne20002 3rd account made in my wifes name
karl20002 4th account in 1 of my sons name
daz20002 5th account my other sons name

I have 6 B-spec drivers in my mark20002 account all set to online i then have 2 B-spec in mad_mark_1 set online where the races take place, ive then got 3 more accounts as above using my family names they all have 3 driver set to online and all i have done in then is purchase that 1st car you have to. Ok so i load up mad_mark_1 and go into remote races my 6 bobs in mark20002 are all high level 2 being 40 the other not to far behind.

First i select the required race and aslo the 6 drivers from main ccount then select either friends drivers or in 90% of the time 3 drivers each from accounts 3/4 and 5 giving 16 drivers and a full race. The idea is to load my 6 drivers and as there levels ar way superior to the others the chances are they will get better places and this does work.

Now to prove the point i have just taken 3 photos showing 3 of the accounts as last online 26 days ago 1st photo, Then i go into the jayne20002 account and 2nd photo shows no xp then i download prizes 3rd photo and bingo there is the xp. This results in millions of credits sat in main account in bobs bank, now when i do download there winnings im deffinately sure the 4 that arnt level 40 will be.

Oh look. An empty Career bar.

It seems that the higher your B-Spec driver level's are the more races is needed to see a major gain.

You right Famine the career bar is empty, remote racing has no effect to the career of the driver. The looks of re-mote racing is just training for the Bobs. The last photo just answered a the main question, thanks Mark2002.

Not of the Experience/Career bar (Career in PAL, Experience in NTSC) it isn't. 1 offline race is roughly equal to 0.2% movement of the Experience/Career bar for all present offline drivers.

I've done extensive studies of this for the trophy guide. It really is just that simple.

Incidentally, I agree that it's very, very silly for them to have one name for two different things - Experience (the grey bar) and XP (the blue one and levels).

It would be nice if it was possible to share / unshare all drivers at once. It takes too much time as it is now. This tells me there is a good reason to do it even though you are just going to use 1 or 2 drivers for offline racing.

Famine is right. Remote racing has no effect on the grey bar. My driver has has over 1000 races and his career bar isn't even 1/4 because most of his races are remote races.

So sorry guys, after that confusion is sorted with. Back to career bar how do we get the bloody trophy?

Un-share your drivers and run them in the game. The answer was already given.

When you say un share my drivers, unless they share automatically I havn't made them share. How do I unshare them please as I don't recall seinf this option. Thanks alot.

All looks normal to me. What's the problem?

It seems like two of his Bobs ( H.Meyer & R.Burger ) who have not done any races, both seem to have a high level of experience on the career bar. Weird????
