It's not possible yet, we have not found a way to change the music in GT1, we need to find a way to port all the assets into files to really dig into GT1.

I just wanted to see if I could change the music of GT1 that's all, no special reason.

There could be a way to choose a song to play during races. That has been done on GT2 with a code. But I'm pretty sure it'll be impossible in the menus. Race songs are standard, but menus are made differently. They're samples programmed to play in a certain order. Like midi files. It's done that way at least until GT4.
