72 is reasonably safe when you get your setup near enough.
I use 65 on the first run, 69 on the second, then 72 for all the others until the final run. On the final run I use 100 because it doesn't matter if you crash, you seem to get more data rom crashing than from doing a breazy lap.
There's no point at all in using anything below 60... you wont get any good amounts of data back.
Try it, you'll see what I mean. I've used that strategy since I started and I've only ever crashed once in F1'06 doing it (other than final 100% runs), and that was because I rushed in and forgot to put wet tyres on
After 6 races of inactivity, the Toyota driver finally makes his comeback. "It was about time I came back, poor Danny was doing everything!" However, Machiels is very pleased with what his team has achieved so far. "Especially Matt is doing good, looks like he's finding his spot in F1 well"
