Ok, that sounds interesting. But it would have to be done by somebody out of the current or next season, so that numbers can't be discussed between friends (of whoever is assisgning the numbers)

Eg. Somebody not associated with GTP BATracer at all. Maybe the guy who made these forums?It's only something to do once a month... I'm sure he wouldn't mind.

I don't think it really matters, but seeing as Lee is quitting might as well be him. You might have a problem with that and think he'll give out the best numbers to his so called buddies (cliq), but I trust Lee to keep his trap shut....

if he knows whats best for him. lol :sly:

and anyway, who wants a Ferrari when a SuperAguri is better?

How about I make a new thread in the General Gaming section, I'll post everyones system for car choice, and get everyone (who's competing) to vote on what they prefer.

Can everyone agree on that?

On topic and as for next season, I'm probably going to take a hiatus so I can work on a different private game series (for those in the know: Total Mayhem lives), but I might end up voting anyway just so we can get an established system going.

I don't want people who aren't playing to vote. Because it could swing in majority of people who aren't even playing, then the rest of us are stuck with a system that we don't even like.

I just joined a public BAT seven challenge.

A long time since i've visited batracer :)

Going to keep it at 1 championship for now.
 
Well, i've joined the private game in a spyker. Let's see if it's any good.
If my results are bad, i can blame the Hollanders :)

Just so you're aware (and I mean no disrespect by your work), but BATracer seems to calculate by rounding UP to the nearest 'whole number' not rounding to the nearest number calculated by the half way point.

Eg. If you are in setup - Wet & Slippery Conditions, and you have GEARS <75-77> INCREASE SETTING... it's very possible that the exact number is something like 75.199... but because 75 as a 'whole number' is too low, you must increase.

The easiest way to tell these settings is when you're in Practice, and you have narrowed down a setting to <42-50> on run number 1, but no matter what you do, it wont budge until run number 8, saying INCREASE SETTING... it's probably only going to move by 1 place ( up to 43 ).... that's because it's a very small decimal place and needs more runs to determine when to move.

Eg. the decimal is only 0.25 - so it needs to do 4 runs to work out to move 1 place.

Does all that make sense?
