Lottery: 6 drivers fly out of their seats. Then, first-come-first-serve.

I support the system, but I believe a change is needed: Perhaps "ousted" drivers should receive first priority for a new car? It's unfair to have a BMW driver jump over to a Ferrari purely because he wants to (didn't lose his seat in lottery), while, say, I got kicked out of a Williams, only to land a Renault...

Leads me smoothly onto my problem.

I go on holiday tomorrow for a week in Menorca so I'll probably miss both the lottery and the actual signing up process, if there are still cars left when I get back then I'll take whatever there is, but don't hold up for me if you wanna get things started. ;)

Same goes for Queen Bee.

I'm doing the lottery this season, so those who are in should take a number now if we want the season to start sometime this week.
Regular rules: 6 drivers lose their seat. I will release the lottery results when all the GTP guys have their numbers.

WOOHOO I'm finally a GTP champ! Halfway through the season I never thought it could happen... :D

Eighth halfway through the season, to finish third overall, and first GTPer... sheesh. This feels better than when I won my public champ.

Unfortunately, I'm not going to defend it. I'm going to sit out S14 - but I will return, when my school year finishes (month or two).

Year finishes proper on Dec 5, end-of-year exams begin mid-Nov.

Practice exams next week, then one week left of term. Two week break, then four (or five?) weeks until real exams.

Didn't even notice, just wanted to give the Toyota a crack before Jules gets a reason to nerf it. Not really noticing you anymore in the LMES either, mister midfield. :sly:

(Hopefully Honda will get bumped up soon if it qualified 10th and 12th at Monza...could use a reason to drive that too.)
 
Seeing as we're just 7 drivers, I say only 3 fly outta their cars. I'm doing it now, since all the regulars are here - and the others already stated their non-participation.

If it's first-come first-served I'll swap over to the BMW. Woot full circle, etc. (first drive was BMW + WDC in Season 3)

Once all the regulars are ready should we advertise in the forums? It's going to be a rather empty grid otherwise.

I suggest that, because of Jamez' problems, we keep game and password private, and send PMs to guys we know are good and trustworthy. Emma Simpson already stated she's in...

Now, my private game is the Backmarkers Shootout, so I need someone else to create the game, and send password and number to participants through PMs in BAT.
 
Players will need to be registered and logged in before they can enter the private game. When logged in, clicking the following URL will take you to the join game page:

Alternativly, you can select "private games" from the menu and enter the number "18070" into the box. Take care not to accidentally join a public game by mistake.


PM me in BATRacer or here and my reply will be the password.

Sharky, they wont join cause we (Team46) are gonna have our own private F1 game remember.
