It's nothing to be ashamed of. I hate the V8s as well. In fact, the only car sets I really like are the F1s, A1GP and LMES. Everything else is boring or frustrating.

No. You do test runs to get data by hitting "Test", but you instantly get the data and you refine it from there. The game advances once every tweny-four hours with your results epending upon how well you planned your strategy and your set-up, but you never physically drive the car.
Still, it's good fun.

It's official, Metar sucks at V8s.
I'm ass-whipping him by a good 200 or so points and 10 positions in our current game. In the most recent race (Queensland Raceway 1) I was second and Metar... was last.
I'm the Thinker, and you aren't really delivering what you promised, either. How about the one I were second and you were... Just ahead of those with damaged cars?

I won a MR2 Race class race in the Mk1 (Estoril Feat., 50 laps) - started fifth, grabbed fastest lap, led all but five laps (!), took home 26 points for my efforts
Currently lead that championship with 54 points to P2's 48

Does anyone know if there is some way of contacting the developers?
The new rules about losing WR places have hit me pretty hard because, unfortunately, I've been sacked more than a few times. In February last year I moved from home to university, and while this was a fairly regular occurance for me, the university's IT department had undergone a significant upgrade of the network, introducing a new program called Blackboard.
Unfortunately, it was a rush job as ours was one of the last universities in the world to introduce the software and it was only done because the IT department was forced to upgrade it. Hence, there were teething problems, and when I arrived at uni, the entire campus from the Chancellor's office to the residential colleges were without an internet connection for over a week.
While I did make the effort to log in a few times with a friend's computer, I was reluctant to do much beyond post a message to my then-team mates as to what had happened. I was subsequently fired several times over the course of the week.
I'd like to contact the developers of BATracer and tell them of this, because it was in circumstances beyond my control. I don't know if they'll reinstate my previous WR, but I am curious as to if it could be done as I was ranked 1287th last night and dropped to 1877th this morning, falling 600 places overnight for something I had no control over.
And possibly because I had reported a messge on my profile as being abuse when the user had changed it to something not-abusive without my realising it.

Don't worry, Caamen Soukoup has a negative BATracer-score. 
But yeah, you could try contacting Jules through his account using a PM, but I don't see anything to be done - he never gave me my traits in a Ferrari '08, which I lost when the server crashed juuust after clicking the signup button. :\
