Changing the subject compleately - but still discussing BATracer - does anybody else really dislike the IndyCar 2008 carset? No offence to anyone here who might have been a part of creating it; I think you guys did a fantastic job putting it together, but there's a few things that really stand out for me that dissuade me from playing again.
With so many runs in the practice session, it's way too easy to get a perfect before the qualifying, even in a two-man team; I've got two games going in an Andretti Green, and both carry over in the middle of the night for me, so when I next log on, my team-mates already have the perfect setup; Thinker and Charisma are useless traits. And with so many oval races, the Wisdom, Pole Sitter King and Wet Weather Warrior traits do nothing becase there are no wet oval races, and qualifying counts for nothing more than bragging rights. And while I like the idea of the speciailisation on Ovals or Road Courses (or a Balance), the high proportion of oval races means that everyone takes Ovals as their speciailisation, negating the need for it.
