Motorsport Central Special: Interview with Red Bull star Jason Richards

Motorsport Central: So, Jason, second season in F1, how are you fnding it?
Jason Richards: Quite close and entertaining, I suppose.

MC: Last season you were racing for Scuderia Toro Rosso, this season Red Bull Racing, why the change?
JR: Well, the Toro Rosso's weren't really giving me the big break I wanted, so I signed with the Red Bull team.

MC: Seems to have paid off, with two wins and lying sixth in the championship at the moment?
JR: Yeah, I guess it has.

MC: You've signed with Williams for next season, why the change?
JR: I had no choice, Red Bull gave me the flick onto the sidewalk. It jst so happened that a drive with Williams came up, so I took it.

MC: Good luck for the rest of the season.
JR: Cheers. Want a cookie?

:D

Good qualify for the Renaults, hopefully this race will allow us to get back on form.

SpeedTV Interviews Driver Jarrett Allman

SpeedTV: So, how's the season going Jarrett?
Jarrett Allman: It's OK. I could do better. Alot better.

STV: Where do you predict yourself finishing this season?
JA: 16th. Sadly.

STV
: And your teammate?
JA: Last. Worthless sonofa...
STV: Hey....

STV: Think you'll do better next season?
JA: Definetly. With a new teammate that actually knows what he's doing, we can exchange setups and dominate the championships.

STV: Any hopes for next season?
JA: A top 10 season finish would be nice...but I would take a top 5.

STV: When do you think you're going to be giving up in racing?
JA: No time soon, why?

STV: Well, you really have been sucking badly this season...
JA: You mother....

With that Allman jumped the interview table, tackled the interviewer (who would like to remain undisclosed), and ended up paying his $1,500 medical bill.

ITV Exclusive: Interview With Lee Davidson:

ITV: Thank you for joining us Lee, so here we are at Monza, how are you feeling ahead of the weekend?
Davidson: No problem, yeah the weather is fantastic, I'm pretty laid back, I think it's pretty safe to say I won be winning the championship now so I feel I just want to repay the team's effort with one more win before I depart.

ITV: Will it be an emotional departure?
Davidson: Yes, I have managed to get to know alot of people in the team after they gave me a chance in S1, I'm now coming up to the end of my 3rd season with them and we have gone through good times and, admittably, bad ones but none the less, if it wern't for them I wouldn't be here right now so I thank them.

ITV: But being replaced by Blake Haswell, must be nice to know your seat will be in good hands?
Davidson: (Laughs) Yes! Honda have made a great signing there I'm sure and it will be interesting to run wheel to wheel with him next season.

ITV: McLaren finally won their first race last week at Turkey, must have set a few fears at rest?
Davidson: Oh yeah deffinatley, Ash had a fantastic drive and I can see why Ferrari wanted him, it's good to see the McLaren is now up to pace but right now I'm just focusing on beating them seeing as they are starting to threat Honda's championship position.

ITV: The public rivalry with Blake Haswell has seemed to simmered a bit, have you two held any talks?
Davidson: I've always respected Blake, yes I have questioned his tactics from time to time but the rivalry as some people say is nothing more than some friendly competition. As for Germany, I have already apologised and have took full responsability.

ITV: You've had a massive crash here in winter testing before, has it slowed you down at all?
Davidson: No, when your at this level you can't let fear hold you back, yes the crash was a high speed one but it looked alot worse than what it actually was, I suffered a slight concussion but I've had worse. I can still take to the track to the max.

ITV: So finally, what are you hoping for from this weekend's race?
Davidson: Just to be competitive, admittibly we haven't got the fastest car in a straight line so a points finish will be a good finish, podium will probably be pushing it.

Oh my god, I would have won that race if the safety car wasn’t involved!

Oh well, I’m almost in the hunt again. :D

Blake, you are hopeless at converting starts (esp. poles) into wins - poles: 10 wins: 1 :D

Me, on the other hand, poles: 0 wins: 2 (from 20th and 9th) ;)

Oh, and Ash: change the damn thread title!

I just noticed that we actually have unlimited games per account - when games in slots finish, they free up for another game :)

here you go eatsviper:

btw, the green ferrari bar is full even tho it looks like i cut the end off cropping.
and if you'll notice the red bull car has been performing very badly but is still 4th in the constructors, mearly proving how good the driver are
