YES! I pwned Lee at Sandown! Smashed him out on lap 17. But then my front suspension broke on lap 91, leading to this:

:(

Danny won.

Bahahahaha!!!!!:D

XGT, I think you could probably grab a seat in Season 8, Bruno hasn’t turned up yet.

Yeah sayboot has suddenly dissapeared, I vote XGT can take it if he wishes. :)

And Sharky, just you wait till Bathurt.. I mean Bathurst..
:grumpy:

Sorry Bruno, we had no idea you were on vacation!

Game is underway fully now, first qualifying has been calculated!

Sucks Bruno has been replaced by some nobody, wrecks the contract system now that we have 2 drivers who I can't send a contract to, bloody brilliant if I do say so myself. :grumpy:

Heck why don't we just screw the sign up process altogether, seems like advertising on the BATracer forums does a great job, gotta love impatience!!

God damn.

A spot on setup in the Ferraris and look where we qualified. Something weird is going on. :grumpy:

Well, same ol' midfield Midland quali, I see. How many freaking PSKs do we have??

Answer: 3. *sigh*

At least I'm one of the Agressive triplets: I trust Blake and Chang as good company.

(incidentally Bee, when do I get the keys to the GTPF1 site so I can start news-ing it up? :) )

Ah, bugger - I didn't get a chance to sign up. Work has been hectic today, we had our xmas party after it too.

Ok, well as long as nobody has any objections, can somebody please PM me by Magny Cours so I can sign up for a S9 seat?

Thanks again fella's. Hope to get a race next season. :)

EDIT: How many of you guys have TOCA/DTM/V8's 3 on PS2? Would any of you be interested in getting a series started?

Woodwiss begins race practice for Honda

English Honda third driver Scott Woodwiss has begun his race driver training with Honda in a bid to secure a race seat with them for Season 9. The 16-year old, who raced for Toyota in S1, is confident that, by proving himself in a race car, he can impress the team, including the GTP race driver Ashley Butler and lead them into a decision.

"Me and the team decided that the best way to gain experience was to get some races underneath my belt and see how i perform, and if all goes to plan, you could be seeing me in a Honda in S9."

Whether Scott will get the Honda seat next season not only depends on his own personal performances, but those of the current race drivers Ashley Butler and Guillaume Dubois. Although their contracts have been given out, information which is strictly confidential and will not be revealed, they have until the French Grand Prix, as do all other drivers in S8, to meet their season targets and keep their chances of staying at their chosen team for the length of their contract.

Butler had this to say on the subject: "Of course, I'd love to race alongside Scott at Honda, but of course it depends on how we both perform, as well as Guillaume, so it's touch-and-go at the moment."

Ashley is partnering Scott in his race training, and will be giving him support and advice on various factors of grand prix racing. Expect updates as they happen on this subject.

May I just stress that the quote is indeed untrue.
