It should but after reading the reviews, stay well clear and it's over priced as well.

BTW will the charger in the OP charge laptops?

No as it would need a wall plug connection on or adapter for the charger and from the pictures on the Argos website I can not see one.

If you don't trust Amazon, I partially do and don't personally. Look at either http://play.com or http://www.maplin.co.uk/ or http://www.clasohlson.com/uk/ I would stay well away from Maplin as what you are looking for they will sell it but for more ££££ than everyone else sells it for.

Yes it should.

It will work fine, but if you want to check, find your laptop charger's power rating (it may have it printed on the charger itself, if not that then it should definitely give you an input voltage and current, just multiply the two together to get the required power) and check that it's less than 200W. I'm pretty sure it'll be under 100W though.
