Okay im not sure if im joining, NHL 13 happened to my controller. If i get the money to buy a new one in time, im in if not have fun.

I played one game on Scrapmetal last night. I was using the UMP-45 and not doing particularly well. I had died multiple times to a USAS-12. Since I was quickly tiring of death by USAS-12, I switched to the USAS-12 and ended the round in a much better fashion.

DAO is my go to scrub gun on Close Quarters, ridiculously easy to spam and win. I tend to use the M1014/870/SPAS when I use a shotgun normally and don't want to be cheap, but if they C4 dem flags the DAO comes out to play and it is just hilarious the kill feeds you can get.

See if you can get on a LITTLE earlier. I have to wake up at some point the next morning for school.
 
I start work at 10pm. Have aboit half hour of paper work to do at shift start. I cant get on much earlier than that. I work the day shift (7-3) go home get little one off school and some other domestic stuffs then nap at about 6 so i can be up at 9 shower, back to work.
 
I feel a bit bad now - I was playing Canals and we were dominating, but this annoying Support guy was making a nuisance of himself at C. I flushed him out and killed him, only for him to knife me back.

Later in the match I ambushed a support guy who I thought was this guy, so I TB'd him like a champ. Only it was some other random dude :guilty:

I don't have an issue with being tb'd, I get a laugh out of it actually. Some people deserve it though. The last time we played and you knifed the sniper at Caspian. Well when he turned up again at the same spot he deserved the team tbagging Andrew and I dished out to him.

In general I don't do it but in certain circumstances I will. Doesn't have to be a random either. When Andrew and I end up on opposite teams for whatever reason we both tb each at any opportunity. :lol:

When we are playing a game full of friends or have frienda on the other team, we have a different move we give them.
We call it bringing sexy back.
There is a way to lay down and make your guy look like he is slapping his own but.

I got a good laugh out of that dude. :lol: Hopefully we can squad up tonight :).

I dont mind getting bagged, well, not as much when you get killed by a guy fairly, and then he stands over you unloading a clip into your head, on the floor. He is just wasting ammo, but its gets my blood pressure up for sure.
 
Sorry gatrs and tzun. Work has been super busy. Managed to squeeze in a single round so far.

Edit: although that round put my win loss at even with 719/719! I think for the first time. Have also pulled my k/d up to 1.03 with about 300+.

Dont think ill reset my stats as I planned to once i broke even on those 2 stats. Although my k/d over the past month has been around 2.00.


And vexd. You dont suck. Ive always had great times playing with you. Dont let stats get you down. Knowing you help the team is more important. Only reason I brought mine up is it has been a goal of mine for several months. Within those months every aspect of my game has picked up as well.

I would not reset your stats. It is cool to see progression. Also, it gives you something to shoot for and improve how well you play.

I have been able to raise my K/D from around 1.10 up to 1.20 to now 1.18. I cannot seem to keep it at 1.20 or higher. I am much too quick to dive on an objective instead of doing a more thorough job clearing the area or rush too quickly trying to get to an objective and put myself in a bad spot to get the drop on an opposing player.

My W/L on the other hand has declined. It was always going to be difficult to maintain a near 2:1 W/L. A 1.72 W/L is still very respectable.

I have also roughly tracked accuracy. As my accuracy has improved, my K/D has tended to improve. I keep rough tabs on individual weapon accuracy. I have been able to raise nearly all accuracy stats since I have been giving that attention.

I bet that person was satisfied with doing that. I had not tried for roadkills, at least not until I actively tried to finish the MK3A1 Assignment, but roadkills can be quite fun to pull off. Though, having them having to you is very frustrating, especially if you see whatever it is coming and had a chance to prevent the death.

I had my first roadkill tonight in about 2 months.

Last time I tried before that, at Kharg, I missed a guy who had no idea I was about to mow him down from behind....and instead drove into a tanker and bad luck died.

Tough old night there Shaun, but still enjoyable in its own way in terms of sharing it with you and Andrew. I was having a terrible night - not sure if I was just aiming bad or my bullets were made of sausage, but in almost all 1v1, I was pushing daisies.

And that 1 shot kill on the T90 from the Little Bird...don't get me started on that :lol:.
 
I have quite a few since armoured kill came out, got 7 kills on the quad bike and my only kill with the mobile artillery is a roadkill.

Only bad thing from my point of view was that I had the guy in my sights of the HMG when I saw a jeep come barrelling through and clean up the guy.:grumpy: :lol:

Not just you mate, (I actually thought you held up your end well 👍) I had one of those nights, my aim was way off and I just couldn't get into it. I knew ten minutes into the session that's how it was going to be for myself. Some nights I hit the groove and some I don't, tonight I didn't.
Still I'm not complaining, whenever we sqaud up and with Andrew as well it's always fun 👍.

I am absolutely tired of crap teams on Battlefield 3. We were winning 60-5 and somehow ******* lost. Why buy the game when your not going to help your team. Seriously puts me off playing the game.
 
I was able to shoot down a jet with a regular tank shell the other night.
Nothing special right?
Well maybe not, but it wasn't the ordinary shot where a jet flies right at your tank and you shoot it right in the cockpit.
The jet actually flew over me and I shot at it as it was leaving. Sadly my shot was too low to hit it.

Or so I thought. I already started turning around when the jet suddenly changed course and flew downwards.
Right into my tank shell it seems. :D

Yea, I meant to thank Andrew for that - his spotting from the jet really helped us out a lot. He sacrificed his round, but made ours much easier.

I think the tone for the night was set in the first 30 secs at Caspian when we got shot down in the chopper, barely 5 seconds off the ground at deployment. :lol:

I was trying every class and gun loadout under the sun to try and get into a groove. That's why I went shotty at Seine to clear out A, but then that was useless when moving from A to B. So I went back to the PKP, and found we held no bases again. Just couldn't win!

Popped in on a round of rush sienne with you today apoc. Stopped them dead in their tracks.
I had no idea it was rush at first. I come running down through the courtyard stairsfrom what i thought was C flag and saw an LAV coming at me. WTF!!!! Facepalm moment.
Ended 14/3 i think.

I think I was fortunate enough to be on the same side as you guys! Caspian we won a 300 ticket match 273-0 against the same number of playe...er noobs :crazy:.

Same story at Seine, where our side ended up stealing their tank 👍

It was a good round in the end as the enemy team dominated us on the first four objectives.
They might have gotten the next objective too as they rushed in with their lav at the last second surprising everyone but someone spawned on their last ticket.
