Yeah, i've gone from 0 kills with it to about 700 in just around 20 rush rounds. :dopey:

It's just really a beast. You can just mash the trigger and move the mouse around and it'll still hit whatever you aim at. Or you can burst fire (not single fire, I hate that) and snipe down enemies from long, long ranges. :sly:

From now on (well technically i've started already), it will be the only main weapon im using on Assault class.
 
I hate DICE sometimes.. was in a Hardcore TDM match, snipers only, on Noshar Canals. Every shot I landed was a one-hit kill, which was satisfying.

Had an awesome TDM match on Gulf of Oman last night. We were getting destroyed by a over half the team in the one building on the back side of the map where the little hill is next to the alleyway. The building was in shambles yet they still remained, so I turned a little noobish and popped a grenade launcher in there. Got a kill. Then someone shot me.




I respawned and all of a sudden I see

I was like damn they going to think I was hacking or something lol. For a second I was like wtf how is that happening until I realized the building collapsed on them all lol. One of the most awesomest moments I've ever had in BF3 and just another reminder why I play it over COD.

I have found this strange love for burst fire weapons... the KH2002, specifically. That gun is a beast! Kobra Sight + Foregrip + Heavy Barrel + Hardcore Mode= Total Annihilation! Went 75 and 38 (something along those lines, have to check battlelog).

Tried the AN-94 today (didnt realise I had it the whole time) and I dont fancy it as much as thre KH2002 or the M4; but I'll be a good sport about it and try to have a decent game with it. My loadout for that, so far, is Kobra Sight + Foregrip + Heavy Barrel.

Drop the Foregrip on the AN-94. While the Foregrip does benefit the KH2002, the attachment does nothing for the AN-94.
 
Um, today's the 4th ;).
It usually comes out between 11:00 and 12:00 GMT, so you'll have to wait for tomorrow.

Agreed. I love to have all three firing modes. The AN-94 is one of my favorite weapons of choice. I use the same site and heavy barrel...... BUT THIS

That is true. Plus with the AN-94 without the foregrip you have the GP-30. I for some reason am really accurate with the GP-30 than the M320.

I don't know. Something seems different about the splatter. I don't know could just be lucky with it. I get so many more kills with it than the M320

Yeah the GP-30 is only on the AN-94 is think too. I haven't seen it on any other gun.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's AN-94 exclusive. It's just the Russian M320. But from what I've heard it's the same stats, the only difference is the colors/animation from what I've been told. I'm not really sure honestly as I've never used the GP-30. You'll have to send me a friend request, then we can squad up some time.

Also, thanks. It was pretty epic. I was honestly stunned when it happened. It took me a minute to process it. I was like where are all these kills coming from haha.

I play Hardcore on occasion, not usually but I don't have a problem with it. My PSN is slashfan7964. I'll probably be on later tonight as well. Been playing a lot today.


Also, only 8 more hours of play time until I get both the US and Russian 100 hour service star medals.

The GP-30 is not an AN-94 exclusive. The GP-30 is equipped to any Russian weapon if actually attached to the weapon. The reason you never see the GP-30 is most of the time the grenade launcher is being used as a standalone and the standalone option is the M320.

The GP30 is only on AN-94, AK-74M and AEK-971. All the other guns will equip the M320.

EDIT: Tree'd by several hours, I'm an idiot.

EDITEDIT: Also, does anyone know why the M16A3 and A4 (and thus the M4A1 and M4) share the same killcount? I'd like to have them separate, since I have the M16 ~1000 kills while my next few only have 5-600 kills each.

I'll try it out. Im experimenting with A LOT of weapons now, ie. A-91, M104, 870MC with Frag Rounds, LSAT, M27 IAR, etc... pretty much everything I have unlocked so far. Just need to do a couple of Co-Op missions for the 93R, and M1911.

The only time burst fire weapons fail me is in Close Quarter situations. I panic when I see a guy 2 inches from my face; sometimes that panic works, other times it fails me (most of the time it fails me).

Frag rounds I use a lot actually. I am fairly accurate with them. Usually I have them on my pump and semi and full auto shotguns. Reason it has improved my accuracy. You can't just shoot at the ground 10-30 feet in front of someone to get a kill. I aim for the person. I tend to use them for sniping one my M104 shot gun with a 4x-6x scope. It is fun way of sniping. I find it to be at least

When Im having a horrible match and a guy comes up and snipes me using slugs and an 8x scope, I ragequit immediately. Funny thing is, I snipe people with shotguns a lot, lol. I love frag rounds in close quarters. Guy turns around the corner, sees me, BOOM! Splattered on the wall..
