Ummmmmm either last night or the night before I did manage to shoot a pilot out of the little bird on CTF at the snow map with my S- Tac . Was pretty satisfied with that.

How did I ever play this on the ps3. The PC version is epic online with high graphics and 64 player matches.

Um I was capping the flags constantly, taking down jets if I found them on my team-mates or if the jets were attacking me. You get a way higher score capping the flags which is what I did and is not simply possible if your not playing the objective.

I absolutely hate the S-Tac (All About Precision) assignment...

Usually I get a headshot at every 3-4 pistol kills, but now when im trying im just failing. I am getting the kills, but only headshot every 20 or so kills with pistol now... Really annoying.

Damn, that's such a contrast to me, 300 knife kills :indiff:

I also just checked out my top weapons, here it is:

1: M249 1874 Kills
2: F2000 1410 Kills
3: MP7 709 Kills
4: M416 701 Kills
5: L85A2 700 Kills

I shocked at how much i used the F2000 and the M249, they were like the only weapons i used up until i reached level 50. Now I've been using the M60 or PKP for support, L865A2 or M16A3 for medic, recon and engineer weapon choice's are changing now and then.

Ridiculously high SPM, mixed with using the easiest guns/class in the game I think. All the "pros" have that.

I only just hit Colonel 50 last night after 460+ hours of playing.

PKP: 285.

The only reason the PKP and F2000 are that high on the list is because of assignments, in fact the same can be said of the rest of my top 12 except for the SG-552 which I do genuinely really like and the L96 which is my favourite bolt action rifle (but I don't really use them all that often).

Love the M16A3. Recently just started using it. I will definitely start using my good old M249 again since I can actually use my bi-pod again. Sucked when i couldn't use it before
 
I'm a Col 100 with about 670 hours played. I have over a 1000 kills with the M16 and M416 but to balance that I have over a 1000 kills with 26 other weapons aswell. Funny how Col 100's get grief all the time. Some times I think your all just jelly of our gold eagle. :D
 
My top 5 weapons are all connected to assignments. Although I do like the F2000. I'm still trying to get all the unlocks for every weapon as well, so my kills for each weapon are rather low.

F2000 - 626
SCAR-H - 505
M416 - 454
QBB-95 - 452
M240B - 433

316 C4 kills... at least half of those involved suicides as well. :lol:

Edit: Looking through my list of weapons, quite a few have "0.0 kill/minute" stats. Must be a glitch.

I haven't used the Famas in a long time, I think it was one of the first weapons I used.
MTAR is hopeless at distance but very good close range. I'm thinking of trying another weapon after I get 5000 kills with it.

What is the best light machine gun to use ? (I need to play more support)
 
Probably the M27 IAR, RPK-74M or L86A2 as they are "mobile" light machine guns.

Or you could go with an all class weapon. Like the P90 or PP-2000 (if you have the magazine upgrade for it).

One thing I do hate is how the M16A3/A4 and the M4/A1 share the amount of kills. I'd be about even with the A3 and A4 on my top 5 list:

I use the M240B with US holo, flash sup and bipod. You need quite a bit of gun control to make it useful and at range the bipod is a must but it has a huge amount of damage per second.

If you are looking for really light ones go for the L86A2. Great gun and suffers hardly any of the aiming problems most LMG's have.

I second GT Porsche's recommendation, the magazine fed ones (the MG36 is also quite nice, by the way) tend to be easier to handle and are more fun in my opinion, mainly because they don't depend on bipods to be anywhere near accurate (but when they are on a bipod they're completely awesome). If you play Rush, the belt fed ones are good. CQ, TDM or whatever, you want something portable.

As for the classless weapons, they're all pretty good but in most cases there's not much reason you'd choose the PP-19 over the P90 and the Mk.3 A1 isn't much good compared to the other shotguns. In fact if you want a shotgun, the Saiga and DAO-12 are probably the best ones, unless you want longer range in which case the SPAS-12 with slugs is quite good. I kept being one-shotted by one the other day, anyway.
 
What do you guys think of the L86A2? The damage seems to be absolutely TERRIBLE wit a suppressor. Is it any better without it?

I love the thing. It's like a slightly less accurate L85 with a better ROF.

In my experience, the suppressor (and foregrip) really don't do much to help the gun. The flash suppressor is the first really good attachment, since less vertical recoil is never a bad thing. :) After that is heavy barrel and ext. mags, which gives it 60+1 bullets instead of 45.
