Yeah it was around 84 give or take a few. Me and my buddy had a spot on one of the snow maps at B. The other side would get very mad at us. We would take turns doing it.

Sometimes you will still get hitmarkers whilst firing with a sniper rifle in Hardcore :(

@ryanaldoblanco. It depends on the server.. some servers ban you immediately for teamkilling, others ban you after 3 teamkills. Some just kick you becaise that's the standard that DICE has set.

Going back to my "holding someone 'hostage' with a knife" idea. Im going to scratch it because, honestly who is going to care about another teammate in MP? Especially in hardcore.... you try to pull some stunt like that, the enemy team will kill you and their teammate. Then revive their teammate.

I do know that the TK settings do vary, But thanks anyway. TKing is rife on HC nowonder the precautions.

Hey guys, just wondering, what's the purpose of implementing this 'online pass' thing other than EA making more money?

I mean, other games like GT5 don't need it.
 
GT5 came out before the trend of online passes started.

It's developers way of gaining on lost money due to used game sales.
 
As far as I know, EA is the only company that does it. And as you said, it's to make money (in a way). Their reasoning is this: If you buy a game used, the developers get NO money from it. Your purchase goes entirely to the seller (i.e. Gamestop). The 'online pass' is a way for the developers to make some sort of gain from people buying their games used.
 
If this trend expands we'll be paying monthly to play online just like on XBOX. 👎:yuck:

Anyway, I'm one more trophy away of getting Platinum on BF3. :D

Driver: San Francisco, Farcry 3, MLB 13 The Show, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier have online passes too. I can't remember any others, but the ones listed are the one off the top of my head.

Hahaha it felt great! I had just spawned on that guy, tossed a 'nade at this group of guys and all of a sudden "zap" I'm dead. Those were fun games!
 
My friend (from real life) and I decided to play a whole game by just knifing and collecting dog tags. We've been doin that for almost a week already. The laughs and satisfaction never get old :)
 
I just had a suicide after firing an explosive bolt at an enemy, watching the bolt explode, then 5 seconds later after my team mate moved out of the way, I ran in to finish him off and that's when the suicide occurred.

DICE please..... that on top of the poor hit detection due to server.

I have died a lot trying to get defibrillator kills. Troll mode status failed on the defibrillator kills.

But i did find it funny last night while at metro. I followed a sniper all the way from A as he ran all the way to C. I was trying to kill him with the defibrillator. He stopped on numerous occasions and i tried to sap him but no luck. He ended up killing me.
 
Anyone C4+AT Mined the dirtbikes? I did it with my friend today for about an hour and we never stopped laughing the whole time XD

My friend is so cocky too... "You know that whole climbing the crane and killing people thing?"

"Umm.... yeah.."

"Well I started that... also, C4 on Quadbikes or any fast vehicle.... I started that...."

Now though there is this whole new trend in Close Quarters (we play Close Quarters for the knife challenge). A lot more players are trying to knife other players than before..... regretably, I told my friend, and now he's bragging again....

Aaaaaaanyways.....

The Defib. kills. I can never get them. I know you have to sneak up from behind (...that's what he said....) and defib the guy but it never works... :(
