This is a common issue for people who have a lot of unused game demos on their ps3, and can happen to any game. If that's not the case then I don't know wahat the issue is, it's only frozen 3 times in ...... however long its been out, for me

At least its easy to find the game that you were in again, but you still have to wait in the queue

EDIT: So I deleted a whole bunch of crap off my HDD, mostly all of the welcome back stuff that I never played anyway, fire up game, loads, find server, waiting, joining server, waiting, "we have lost the objective" *freeze* 🤬

I don't play hardcore so I understand it takes more to kill, ur come on, 6 bullets to the chest! That should earn me my 100 points.

This is the reason I play Hardcore exclusively. That and it just makes it a better game all around. I can't stand standard BF play.

Oh wow, i don't know then, I assume if you wanted those things back that's free from psn since you previously bought them.

Anyway try googling the problem, and see what you come up with b/c that's what I came up with from my freaky uncharted freeze in the middle of the night runnin and gunnin from zombies

I don't think so. You just need to find out everybody's EA or origin names to add them.

I use the SVD and I find it's mostly 2 shot body and 1 head? Which I like. Though the main advantage of playing hardcore is the lack of regenerate health, so even 1 shot can actually pin them down nicely.

I finally broke from recon for awhile and now focusing on Engineer. It's interesting, when i'm playing recon it feels like everyone and their grandmother is an Engineer. But now that i'm playing Engineer it feels like i'm the only one trying to take out a tank and/or take out jets that are actually being effective on pinning us down. The SCAR-H is mediocre it's pretty damn powerful but at range it doesn't seem to work as well even with semi-auto but still a solid gun. I prefer it over the AK-74U. Operation Metro with a boatload of engis is insane. I think my screen was shaking more than it was still. As far as recon i've unlocked the M40 and a few goodies. I'm not sure how much different it is from the SV98 but I usually don't like soviet guns anyhow so naturally I like the M40. I really want the M39 but i'm going to have to set aside ALOT of CO-OP time for that. (252,000 CO-OP score required ) Is the G3A3 a CO-OP unlock too, if so boo. All the guns I want require work outside of multiplayer.

I'm finally getting a hang of the helicopters, for now flying low is the only way I can effectively get away from AA, unless I hit a tree. In Caspian Border Rush when you're on the attackers' team and you're attacking the enemies last base I found a good use for the huey. I like to get the helo full fly low and then swoop in from the Northeast land inbetween the two buildings (between A and a vacant similar building) and unload everyone and take off and spot units incoming from the chopper. It worked really well when people work as a team. 👍 In BF2 there was a technique where you were literally like a whirlpool above a base/enemy and able to shoot them and if you do it right pull out of the 'whirlpool' and fly away. These choppers I don't think it's possible, the mechanics are so different. They seem to whip the tails around really fast unlike BF2 so maybe can try that to take out AA enemies quickly. The jets i'm able to get evade and get behind of most jets going after me except for some people that really know what they're doing. Rocket Pods are a must since I prefer to gun aircraft down rather than use heat seekers. Rocket Pods make quick work of tanks and other ground vehicles, so long as your team spots the tanks. All in all a decent weekend of BF3, now back to the freaking grind.

I don't have it but I watched a virology, and I honestly thought there was a map pack for MW2 that I didn't have. Exactly the same. BF wins this year. Try again next year CoD and maybe don't just put a map pack on a disc.

I'm not going to lie, I will get it eventually. But used/cheap, and there should be a lot of them used by the time Christmas rolls around, because it's same old same old.

That's what I thought, looks the same. Plus I dot like what they did with the killstreaks, I don't even understand it. But survival looks cool and I'm looking forward to some new Spec Ops.

It's pretty much more of the same, just tweaked a very slight bit(in my opinion.....enough for you to notice, but not to the point where you'd think it's a different/totally new experience). So I'd state that if you didn't like multiplayer in the previous MW titles you may not like the multiplayer in MW3.

I'm getting the same "Host migration", "Failed to connect", "Connection lost" errors from MW2 every now and then, which I've yet to experience at all with Battlefield 3.

When I get off work I'll try to put in more time into both Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3.👍

It seems like the kit you need in a situation is the kit you are not currently using, or at least that is how I feel over half of the time I am playing.

Operation Metro with a boatload of engis is insane. I think my screen was shaking more than it was still.

Speaking of Operation Metro, I played a game of Conquest on the map yesterday and there were explosions and bullets flying everywhere. It was fantastic, as it allowed me to rack up a whole bunch of points healing and reviving.

I am getting better at flying helicopter also. I still need a bunch of practice, but I no longer feel I am wasting a helicopter if I get in one.

As long as I'm playing with a friend I can play Call of Duty. If not I get to frustrated so let's hope it's more like World at War where I could never get bored of its multiplayer. I'm more looking forward to survival and Spec Ops though.

I managed a vehicle destroy a few days ago in a jet, after someone else did most of the work. I find using a mouse easier to aim for shooting, but it still is tough to pilot. With my helicopter skills improving and using a mouse and keyboard for that, I think that helped me a small bit with flying a jet with mouse and keyboard.

I prefer using a mouse and keyboard for jet and heli. Although using a joystick may help me evade enemy jets.

multiplayer is great there are 16 small to medium maps ( there rather large by COD standards) its crisp and clean. Kill confirm is a fun mode and actually some people are using teamwork finally. all in all i think its a fun game between this BF3, Uncharted 3 and King of fighters 13 its gonna be a real fun winter I hope Im snowed lolol

Is mostly attributed to the fact that is evidentially the same MW2 stuff, which is sort of annoying as noobtubers and overpowered weapons still exists.

I don't have any problem with that, but the dimension and gameplay on BF3 is so huge that MW2 just fells to short in comparison (and the problems in COD games will always be the same).

Either get a flashlight, laser or even silencer so nobody even looks at you in the first place, it's hard to get to silencer on most guns but m4a1 goes quick and m249 is fun with silencer and with a light you'll be blinded but so will the other guy

I got heat seekers for scout heli and they are fun, and fairly easy to get if you land and capture flags with it and spot

I really wish there was a server filter option to opt out of joining EMPTY servers. Keep joining an empty server when I click quick match. But there's 1-5 empty slots, 10, or empty. How bout at least 6 people or something.

You can choose to only join servers with a 'more than x players', or is that just on PS3...?

BF games have always been more of my style for shooters. Land and air vehicles to control and just much larger maps. Feels more like a real war.

I rented MW3 and played the campaign for 2 hours and the multiplayer for 1 hour. So far it is a very good game all around. Yes it is for sure very similar to MW2 but I feel this one is a lot better. I do still wish this game had some sort of matchmaking because one of the games I was a level 10 with low level weapons and ended up with a team of level 50s that were just destroying our team. Plus it was 4 vs 8. Very unbalanced. But other than that 1 game it was fun online. Also only got disconnected from 1 game. I really like the "Kill Confirmed" game mode. Reminds me of the skull mode in Halo Reach. If your team doesnt pick up the tags you dont get the kill. Thats a great new mode to the COD series.

MW3 is a good rental but not a purchase for me. I usually end up getting bored very quick in these COD games. So I will be getting BF3 for christmas and just sticking to a rental with MW3. Looking forward to finishing up the campaign tonight or tomorrow. Then probably check out Spec Ops. But I cant wait to get BF3 for christmas.

I would just stop using quickmatch. Though the options are 1-5,6-10, 10+ and empty.
