Maybe announcement. I have a really good feeling the Beta is going to take place while I'm out of town from the 16th to the 5th. Which I'll be furious.

Is this an official ea site? I don't think it is. I don't know, but I would think the buy links would go to EA's store, not amazon. Like they would voluntarily give some pre-order money (not much though) to amazon? EA wants money. Sorry, I'm a skeptic by nature.

You know I didn't think of it like that actually. It should go to Origin seeing as how much they are pushing that although you would think EA would own "physical warefare" considering what happened to Activision with modernwarefare.com and that they have the physical warefare pack. Just a thought.
 
Pre-ordered Limited Edition version for the PS3..... Although getting a new gaming rig and such to play on PC is also VERY tempting at the moment...
 
^ Than get it for PC. Seriously. You know why so i won't bother going into specs.

Also on a side note : BETA!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to get it.

But as i'm a cheap guy, i preordered in UK. With a release on friday, so first weekend i'm not in :(

The problem is I dont have the gaming rig yet... I'd have to order that first and then be able to play... I think I'll try it out on PS3 first.. if its really disappointing compared to the PC version I will get a gaming rig :D Then I also have a good excuse too...
 
I'm anxious as to hear how this game would run for people running BF: Bad Company 2 on high settings at a decent framerate. I'm not expecting it to run at maxed settings, but anything that would be equal to BC2 or even a slight upgrade would be an instant buy for me!
 
Keep in mind that BC2 was a ported game and not optimized for PC.
That game runs heavier then it should because it´s not that impressive to be honest.

My guess is the people that can run BC2 maxed will easily run BF3 maxed aswell.
 
That site is wierd. When i woke up this morning i clicked on it and it said 18 hours.

Now when it´s 12 hours later it´s at 17 hours left :) Defintely not BF´s.
 
Could someone tell me if there is a language filter on Battlefield 3 ? that is pretty much the only thing keeping me from getting the game ( its a personal thing)

That looked incredible. Way more immersive then Arma and probably better looking.

Hopfully the physics is close to that and to bad that was scripted but it´s singleplayer so what can you expect.

Good News! They retracted it you DON'T have to have the copy of MOH to play. You just need the code:tup: Sorry guys for the confusion I guess somethings are better left unsaid?
 
Right i have looked inside my medal of honor box and all it says is an invitation to the BF3 beta. It doesn't say where to get it from and when. One of my estimations is the store on medal of honor. i think that may be where you download it. That or if you have signed up for emails of EA then you get the code in an email.

You probably download it from the PSN store. 👍
 
I'm curious as to when it's going to come out and for how long. I'm leaving for vacation for the next 2 and a half weeks and I'm afraid it's going to come out while I'm gone :(
