Second try and it still didn’t download the patch. Anyone know why?

Try a wired connection, at an off peak time (set it off as you go to bed) that should reduce the chances off hashfails/corruption
 
Was in a 6-Flag CTF (as opposed to just capturing 3-flags) and I captured two of the three flags we got. It was so awesome running the flag back to base on the dirtbike :D
 
I was thinking last night about what would be the most epic game mode and map combination I think i have it. Capture the flag at Operation Metro. Picture if you will the epic moments of that
 
It won't be fast enough since there aren't any vehicles, and it'll turn into a right cluster-🤬. Also, you have to wait a while to return your flag back to base, it it'll be almost impossible.

I had one big highlight while playing CQ on Riverside. I was capturing C Flag with a few smurfs, and an enemy was able to take down an Assault player before I killed him. I switched to the Assault's kit and revived him so he had my Recon kit, I had his Assault kit, and there was the enemy's Engineer kit a few meters away.
We swapped our kits around with the enemy's and ended up with our own kits. The whole thing took less than 5 seconds and we spent the next 5 seconds jumping around because of how awesome it was :D

That's the point. The hardest game mode ever
 
This last patch has messed up my PSN access :rolleyes:

Now if I switch on, select my PSN profile and go straight to "sign in" it refuses to sign into PSN, saying either there is network maintenance or an operations error.

Instead I have to first do a network test before I try to sign in, and then sign in :grumpy:.

Incidentally I've moved from the MP7 to the P90 as my primary for support and recon. I love the look of the MP7, but struggle to pick up the laser for hip firing and the horizonal sway is terrible. The P90 has much more accessible hip fire for me, more rounds and much more controllable sway.
 
Go complain to Sony, maybe they can help you with it. That would be the first thing I would do is to send them an email explaining the situation and they should be able to help you resolve it.

I am secretly hoping it fixes itself, but may just do that if it doesnt.

Also, I've decided to forego End Game and buy CQ instead. I figure the new weapons will fresh it up for me; AK really soured DLC for me what with all these (IMO) stupid game modes like TS, SCA and AS.

I prefer CQ to End Game. Not going to lie the maps didn't really do anything for me in End Game, they just felt balnd like the vanilla maps.

I hope it fixes itself because going through Sony is always a nightmare, at least in my experience.
 
They sure do its almost impossible to ride a dirt bike. I really like endgame it adds some diversity, but cq was probably the best out of all the dlcs
 
I agree I think I got the most enjoyment out of Aftermath and CQ.
 
End game is meh. My favorite maps are BF3, B2K, and Aftermath:tup: Scavenger and CQA are probably my favorite game modes. Sprinkle in a little TDM here and there also.
 
Got my first experience with a badmin while playing with Gatrs and a friend of mine. We were playing on Firestorm and a 🤬-bucket and Col. 90 were owning everyone in their helicopter. I hopped in a stolen tank and took them out with the main shell. And then I was banned :grumpy:

Am I the only one who seems to enjoy gun master as a game mode? It can be frustrating at times as usually the guns at the start are hard to advance from and you sit at the bottom a while till at least I get to the pp19 but I find it is great fun.
 
I can't play gunmaster anymore... I have yet to lose at it, so I'm too scared for my streak :lol:

On another note, I haev had it up to *here* with the Airdropped IFV assignment. First of all, you have to be lucky enough to have died right before it's available to drop. Second; you have to be lucky enough to land in a secured location. And third; you have to actually find the correct enemies to kills. The whole challenge is luck based.
So far I have been able to grab one of those things twice. The first time it dropped me right on an enemy flag, so all I did was kill one infantry guy before I was swarmed by other vehicles. The second time it dropped me (no joke) right next to an enemy support guy loading up a bike with C4. He just stood back and blew me up as soon as I landed.

I must have been lucky. I took C then Suicided and respawned into the Airdrop IFV. Dropped behind A on Operation Riverside and drove up just as two bad guys on a bike had taken it. Blew them and their bike up and then drove down to the first bridge where I found their IFV. Made short work of it with anti-tank shells.
