If you go down to gadgets it lists the M1 bayonet as an all kit gadget. Does this exist now?

That's interesting. Maybe they're going to add it with an update? Or with the new skins released? Which I've actually seen two guys with the new skins while playing already..

I'm not 100% sure, but I played with invincible very briefly in a game (he was on my team not on my squad) and he left within 10 minutes. I imagine he only joins games/teams who are winning. Which is probably a good idea because if you are on the losing team you won't get as many kills and you'll die more often if you're being pinned down or held back.

It looks like he always just plays in a helicopter as well. Has so few platinum's I probably have more than him..
 
I had a good session with some of my team-mates tonight and I remember now why I love this game so damn much, and so much more then anything else on the market right now. No other game gives you that same sense of organised chaos or makes you feel vulnerable no matter where you are, it's just fantastic when you have bullets flying everywhere, tanks rolling in, so much scope and the destruction just amplifies it all along with the damn near perfect sound design. It probably helps that I have 2 minutes per life (without being a camper/sniper) so I have time to soak up the battle as it progresses. It is simply fantastic when you have just one person to talk to that you know and you're in a mood for some real team work.

I don't know when silver dog tags start, but level 40 and over has gold dogtags
 
Nice, you're pretty darn close to the magic 1.00 right now. I find Conquest is better for KDRs as it's less linear, but you also tend to get less kills overall and a lower points per minute.

I think I was doing better in Conquest as well with the KDR... I should head back over to that mode this week... been playing nothing but Rush lately, although yesterday I was having some monster matches along with another friend of mine... Sometimes a small 2 man squad works nice as well :) As long as you both have the same mind set... 👍
 
Very true, 2 guys with a headset a piece makes a huge difference compared to soloers. The best combo I find is an assault and engineer, so you can always keep armed and deal with vehicles. It's not quite the same as having a full squad, but it's still very good.

:lol: Funny coincidence, because thats exactly how we were playing... I was Engineer and he was Assault :) There were multiple occassions where we perched up on a good spot and just owned everything that came our way, vehicles or soldiers... He throws out some ammo when we're at a spot like that and I fix vehicles when were in a tank, etc. ... Works great like you say! 👍

Almost all the BC2 boards I read are up in arms about the RAW clan and their "tactics" (i.e. spawn camping/killing, boosting, only playing certain maps with helo advantages...) so I'd not pay much attention to the numbers on this one. They seem to be completely artificial, by whatever yardstick you use to call cheating, cheating.
 
oooo ... the f2000 is in this game too! my strange obsession from mw2 can resume! :lol:

Haha I haven't used the Saiga or Gustov in a couple months. I've slowly been working towards gold for all primaries.

I do have a new love however... SV98-4X-Magnum. I AM ATTACK WOOKIE HUDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

Also [ ] don't use the F2000 in normal mode you won't achieve anything. Hardcore however it's sex.

i doubt itll be as bad, there seems to be a lot more weapons here than there :)
 
In core it seems like the entire clip is the only way to kill someone with the F2k, verses I put ONE round in some guys head earlier today in hardcore and dropped him on the m com station. I'm not sure if I should use the first assault weapon, or the f2k to platinum next since they're the only two left, or if I should just use my favorite all the time? I have really been enjoying hardcore lately but there just isn't as much fun/excitement as there is in core.

But lately I've been having a fun getting my death circle on in the Apache/Havoc at Atacama Desert and spawn camping :)

Maybe you're spraying the whole clip? Not pulsing (burst)? You can kill someone with the F2000 with just 2-3 bullets in HC.

Edit: Nevermind, i misread your post. But yah. Core sucks, HC is more fun :)
 
Hardcore is a blast, when you don't have to worry about being sniped every .5 seconds
 
Are me and my friends the only ones experiencing constant, horrendous lag? I played a week ago and had terrible lag. The day after terrible lag. Today terrible lag... What gives?

I had horrendous lag last Friday and Saturday.... the Sunday was alright though... played pretty smooth...
 
I had pretty bad lag for weeks, and eventually traced it back to a computer update. But it seems like my computer affects the lagging of the game as of late (whether I'm logged on or not)

Tonight though I was booted off the game and was unable to get back on? Unable to connect to EA, and then I couldn't even log into EA.. so hopefully there's some kind of patch/update?!?!

edit: just checked and yes the update finally went up tonight. Here are the tweaks

erm, what gun and class? i just now unlocked medic box. ive some assult stuff unlocked too.

i really hate it when i kill my target and they kill me at the same time.
 
It's the first rocket unlocked in engineer. It's a killing machine. (against humans, not armor) See someone run in to set/defuse the charge? Gustav the room and you kill everyone inside of it.




Mind you that's normal mode too.
 
ah, thats cool. ive been points wh0ring medic stuff. almost all of tonight since i unlocked med kit ive at the top or near the top. every time ive been at the top i was also in gold squad.

it really helps when you tell your squad to defend something when an objective becomes a cluster eff.

oh, and, ive baby jesuus dog tags :p

[edit - but some how im a negative 200 skill level :/ ]

Ignore that skill level stuff, it's so odd. I've had times where my KDR improves, my wins improve, my accuracy, points per minute, everything all goes up and then BC2 tells me my skill level is going to go down. Even if I was against low ranking players or something, it's hardly my fault. That said mine is scheduled to hit max again at 200 whenever it updates.
