Hahah I see. I think for the most part, I have utilized all weapons to their extent I have used so far. I'm always learning new things, and I really wish I could double platinum certain things, like C4. I can't even get enough uses out of it and I'm a beast when it comes to tank or personal destruction
Edit: I played Onslaught tonight. And here's my thoughts
It's not worth $10 (maybe $5). But it is spectacular thus far (I played Valprazio and Atacama) both at different times of day (the shading is awesome) but the AI is tricky. I know they're mostly predetermined but just like I found with the campaign sometimes they could be too tricky and even quite good. Unexpected and seem to predict your movements. I played Valp on easy I think? And as I joined I couldn't shoot anyone (full UMP clip to the face, and then a clean solid knife, none of that lagtastic patched knife) and he only turned to knife me. So a guy in the squad said I should exit and rejoin. So this time instead of picking ANY and ANY, I was specific. Atacama Desert, Hardcore. So I join the game and I'm the only one. Slowly one by one the squad fills and it's not until then I decide to cross the starting line (marked by flares to start your official time) and since I'm a pretty darn good pilot I was ready to go in the chopper. So I'm killing people left and right. Way easier than hardcore online, I'm only using about half my missiles (my teammates jumped ship to fight on foot and ended up only getting about 9 kills total.) I ended up at the end with a mere 64 kills, basically using the chopper. Everything seems a bit easier though, despite still being 'hardcore.' Tanks were destroyed easier, and people died faster. I ended up losing the chopper and it wouldn't respawn, and eventually we lost the match (because if everyone in the squad is dead at the same time you lose.) So we play it again. A lot of the same goes on, I'm a loner in the heli, my team is on the ground fighting, maybe ending up with 15 kills at the end while I went 124/12. I probably would have gone 150/1 or 0 if a sniper didn't snipe me going into the last base (it seems they increased the aggressiveness of the AI there)
All in all though I absolutely LOVE the concept and I honestly hope they introduce a new kind of playing mode for BFBC3. It's like a hybrid of Rush and Conquest, where you capture flags to take over a base to move on, but you must clean out the base of enemies before you can do so. And it even got to the point they kept spawning at the base while my team wasn't capturing it, and I racked up an ungodly amount of kills since all the medics and engineers were shooting at me reveling their position.
My opinion/suggestion is you find a couple friends willing to throw down a few bucks for the mode, (those friends you'll probably be playing it with) and just share and download purchases from whomever buys it. It's how I got it and a SPECACT kit upgrade for free.
