The man interviewed wasn't a technology expert, he was a job applicant who was in the building at the time, he was mistaken for another person and interviewed live on TV infront of an audience of millions. You can see the look of panic on his face as soon as the name is read out and he realises what is happening. He plays along and tries to pad out the interview despite the fact that he knows nothing about the case. In order to facilitate the charade he adopts an accentwhich makes him incomprehensible and he rephrases his answers multiple times to make it seem longer "I was very suprised because I was not expecting that, that was not what I was told, was thought would happen so this is a big suprise,very surpising".
They wanna give the guy his own movie...
