There isn't one. There's some very quick cars - the quickest being the two Supra JGTC cars (Denso SARD and Castrol Tom's) - and some very controllable cars - the three JGTC Skylines (Calsonic, Loctite Zexel and Pennzoil) - and some good fun ones - like the Vertigo and Oreca Viper GTS-R. "Best" depends on how your ability to drive them matches the track and opposition. Fully tuned, any of the cars I mention will obliterate the opposition.

A little modification and the right tyre choice and some of the road cars will walk these races.
