Best way to grind B-spec bob?

I've just about given up on this guy. He can barely drive some cars and doesn't know when to pass.

That and I want a X1 .

What's best event to grind XP for him? He's at level 12 currently.

Past 16, rotate between the MR Cup and the Turbo Cup at High Speed Ring.

Currently grinding the turbo race with my 3 b-spec boobs. Over and Over and Over and...

And when the boobs aren't grinding the turbo race I am. Over and Over and Over...

Has anybody mentioned that grinding sucks...

I'm so tired of it I decided to use the birthday "cheat" to get a few cars that otherwise will take me 40 hours of grinding to pay for. But of course the server is down...

endurance races give hundreds of thousand of XP, the 9hour race gives over 600 000xp. Fo cash rewards, try expert or extreme because the endurance races dont give much money just XP.

For cash in B-Spec as well as a few decent XP use the Dream Car Championship at level 24. I have been letting Bob drive the FGT and he smokes them big time with no instructions. I let him run the first 4 races and enter the 5th but abort after it starts so he ends up getting 5 wins at 22k each and a 200k bonus then I let him do it again. Good for about $290k credits and several xp each race takes about 20 minutes on average, though you do have to start him in each race.

The Endurance races pay well in terms of XP but poorly in terms of cash.
