Every year I get the Volkswagen scout car.
 
I got a scarlet red Honda S600 '64 yesterday. 56 HP for my 50th birthday.

I have been getting the scout car for years. Its the only car in the game from 1943, and I got it in GT3/4/5 as well.
 
Ah yes, that makes sense. In GT5 I got the same car 3 years in a row, then in GT6 I got a car from 1979 instead of 1978.

I wonder if they have a car for 1940, I don't recall getting one last year.
 
Wow, some of you are older than me! I got the 300SL. Funny thing tho, the chromeline version shows up in the historic races, but you cant enter it because its apparently a new model.

Oh come on why would you want a silly group B car instead of a light-speed, 30HP, 550cc demon car. I swear the thing can't even make it to 60... Anyway good luck and happy birthday in advance :)

Since the car wasn't in GT3 or 4 and neither game had an online component (except GT4 Online Test, which was different), that'd be tricky. GT5 only, I'm afraid.

I used to get the Stratos Rally Car '77 every year in GT5. This year they gave me a Dome Zero '78 in GT6.
 
My birthday was about two weeks ago. Being born in '87, I could have been given any number of cool cars: A Ruf Yellowbird, a Pikes Peak Audi, Buick GNX, a Lotus Esprit.... Instead I was given an '86 MR2..
 
Wait, you get a b-day gift???? Well at least my birthday is the 31st (a Friday). Probably the only gift a "friend" (forever alone me XD) would give me. I hope they dont give a bad car....
 
I got a piece of crap car. The Alpine A310 1600VE (1973). They don't have a single car from my birth year (1975), but there are a few 1974 cars they could have given me, including the Lamborghini Countach! But no...They went all the way back to 1973 and gave me that turd.
 
I got a Ballade Sports CRX. Not too bad. :indiff:
 
It's the big day tomorrow, will I get a cheap 80's econobox or a screaming Group B monster? :scared:

Haha... I'd forgotten about this thread. I was given the '74 Countach this year tho my DOB is '76 .. and last year in GT5 I got the Ferrari 512BB. :p

Hmm, so you're born in '76 and they gave you a '74 car. I'm born in '75 and they gave my a '73 car. Life can be so unfair sometimes! LOL!
 
If you don't like the car that PD gives you just exit game and reboot until you get what you want, after all it is your birthday. :cheers:

Not sure what rock you crawled out from under but this has been possible since GT5, welcome to the present my friend.
 
:( Just logged on to get my birthday car and I had to re-read the PSN Terms of Service before I could sign in. Fired up GT6 and I got no log-in bonus and no birthday car :confused:

Edit: Just remembered that the GT6 clock is an hour behind for me in summer so I jumped the gun a bit :lol: I'll check again when I get up in the morning
