Black Hoods?

I would like to know how you are supposed to get the black hoods like the oppenents do on Gran Turismo 3?

Those are Carbon Fibre Hoods.  It probably has something to do with the Weight Reduction upgrades.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way to get the 'black hoods' seen on some cars.

It's just another nice feature we didn't get.

You are probably looking at the Civic with the black hood.  It is carbon fibre.  It is probably a Tom's civic or SIR.  Something to that effect.  Buy the car or take a look in the car dealer area, probably find that car pretty quick.

Black hoods are only on certain cars like the sprinter trueno shigeno version, etc.

And the Civic & Integra Type R. Or Mugen Type R. Something like that.
