Doesn't completely drown out the sound of the exhaust. However if I open the cutouts the exhaust drowns out the sound of the whine.

Not exactly but its got upgraded brakes, suspension, roll cage, tires, and im sure other things. Possibly engine upgrades. Looks pretty stock to the naked eye
