Just try different races out mate. I've learned, in time, the arrow's can vary. Some races they dislike, some they like. Each bob is different, some like fast races, some don't. IMO, it's just dumb luck really

Take them offline one at a time.

1. Grind Sunday Cup in an X2010 Tskuba (the shortest race) until they have a blue arrow.

2. Put them back online. The Blue arrow is frozen forever as long as you keep your BOB online. When you collect your rewards, immediately put your BOB back online before advancing a game day so you don't lose the blue arrow.

3. Repeat this process for all your drivers.

Probably nothing anyone can really prove. Only way to tell would be to create 3 drivers with exact same stats. (Which is probably impossible) Make them one of each arrow. (Which I also think is impossible since you have to race them to get arrows to change) Start fresh and go from there.

I wonder if it could work, if you were to create yourself a field of 15 drivers which does not change, and then have your driver and keep changing the color of the arrow, while you keep repeating a substantial enough set of races for each color, and repeat the same process multiple times. Of course, if the test set is too small this could all be explained with random elements, but if there's no advantage measurable for the blue arrow with a smaller (but not too small) test set it's unlikely there actually is an advantage.
