Bluebird Rally from 1969 Ticket?

I got this car by historic rally car ticket.

The UCD has changed completely with this update. Sadly it seems to be impossible to predict when anything will appear at the moment.

I also bought it from the UCD a couple of days ago, I haven't had a chance to drive it though.
