Im all good for finding parts now.
Theres a really good shop close enough to me and the guy who owns it is very passionate when it comes to bmx.. he is also a master wheelbuilder, over the weekend he showed me a video of him building through till rideable a wheel in 12min 👍
www.ridingway.com.au

Heres a review he has done on profile hubs too

As for number of bikes i have... not as many as some people i know through bmx collecting

Aren't the madera hubs more expensive? I thought on dans comp the madera graffiti hub was more than a profile hub.

Oh yea this is my 100th post yay!

Nice videos mate, I gotta check 'em out soon.

Yeah, the bmx collectors can have heaps. My mates dad has like over 30! Varies from the 80's till now.

Congrats on ya 100th post mate 👍

Just scored this highly detailed poster over the weekend and then picked up a frame for it

those are nice shoes, reminds me of the shadow vans- http://www.danscomp.com/products-SHOE-Vans/723540/Vans_Owens_HI_Vulc_Shoes_(Shadow_Edition).html

And does anyone know anything about the new Subrosa bandit sprocket, like did it come out yet, i want it.

Those shadow-vans are  How come all of the vans shoes rock? Ha.

I wouldn't know anything about Subrosa products mate, as I've never really been into them.

Anyways, time for another video:

Cheers 👍

Currently do to the crappy wet weather here, I'm unable to ride which sucks, but I found a few cool alternatives being in form of some PS2 games.

I highly suggest Dave Mirra's Freestyle Bmx 2, a great starter.

BMX XXX (just pornstar looking people riding bmx's, ha)

Tony Hawks American Wasteland, which features a bmx which pretty good controls.

And Matt Hoffman's Pro Bmx 2, name says it all 👍

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been looking for other bmx games besides Tony hawks american wasteland and bmxxx for a while.

Thank god there's a bmx thread here. If only it was used a bit more often...
Well, here's my baby

What she looked like at first:

Then when the brakes came off and the godawful seatpost was changed

Then I got new wheels and put my old stem and pedals on

And almost finally it looks like this now just with brakes. The bars and forks are going to be black again until I can save up for chrome Shadow Captive forks and Kink Lynx bars.

A little gif I made for fun one day

And here's me eating **** toothhanging a handrail

I have to ride a crappy Hyper Spinner Pro for the time being because I just got my new frame. Its a Fit Edwin Delarosa Signature frame.

I often wonder if God rides bmx, and if he does, what tricks could he pull off? I'd imagine he'd be the bomb, ha.

Nice bike man! I'm riding the Teddy frame too, it's such a sweet frame with a good geometric structure and it's Australian :sly:

As for that video, that looked  is the only way to describe it.

Also the other day at my local trail, I finally managed to pull of a Superman seat grab, I got enough air and just went for it, what a great day that was.

BMX, eh? Well, I used to ride a Mongoose, then I took a planet to the knee.
Well, not really, it just became too uncomfortable for me no matter how much I raised the seat.

If you guys look at hubs, which one is louder? Search them up if you want to. One is Primo Mix, and the other is Eastern Birectional. I want sound comparison as well. :)

Never tried the primo but I've got a birectional and it is very loud and while I never beat it it's quite tight and smooth, well except for it being soo loud.

Yes, in bold that is the lap times 👍

Alright, so I was just wondering since i'm still getting in to the art of BMX and have no experiance what so ever, would anyone know if a United Recruit RN3 bike is good for a beginner?

Sttrobe it looks like a pretty decent bike for a beginner. Decent price and light too. If there is something you don't like on it if you get it, you can always swap out parts.

Hopefully one of these guys reply to you though. I'm a little out dated on what's good in BMX anymore, because I switched over to MTB.

Well here's my bike: It's been so long I almost forgot how fun it is.

Its kind of a work in progress, but I never had the money to finish it. Its not as shiny or flashy as most of the other bikes on here but it sure gets the job done. Hooray for Eastern and Danscomp!

( Ok sorry for the size, I just started using photobucket and haven't the slightest idea how to get it to change size.)

Its a 2011 fit Eddie 3 complete. i haven't done much to it in the year and a half I've had it. My upgrades include the brown Odyeesy senor 2 seat and three sets of grips (I'm currently running the Cult X Vans grips). Recently I removed my brakes. I plan on some Fit FAF 20 x 2.25 tires front and rear, a Subrosa bandit sprocket 28t and a half link chain in the near future.
