thats all good!

If I want a fast setup my backend is normally very stiff and the back still swings out in the corners.

It all depends on whether the tires can handle it or not.

I have not compared but the MX5s roll a bit.

To enjoy the ride I like it but to go quick I remove it.

It depends..... I do not prefer body roll that much... although it looks good on replays, body roll actually reduces tire life.... ur puttin more pressure on one (or two) of the tires, so they will wear out faster...

My normal driving mode is really stiff stabilizers.... yes, i know that it will cause my tires to skid easier...

I tune the car to have a little body roll, but it looks cool in the replay when you turn into a corner because it looks like it's diving into the corner. IMO, it looks great 👍

For drift setups, it helps the car lean towards the outside of the corner so it's a little bit easier to manage the weight shift. For racing, my setups have a little bit more, so it looks good in replays :D

Is that the stabilisers? I don't really fiddle with them...

Yes, the stabilizers are there to reduce body roll. Stiffer springs will help too, with stiffer dampers.

Stabilizers are a great way to fine tune the handling - if it oversteers, raise the front bar a notch or reduce the rear one. If it understeers, do the opposite.
