BoP and Effect on PP

I race in a strict spec league where the cars are supposed to be perfectly equal. Does applying BoP in a lobby take into account changes made to the car, such as wings, rear diffusers and roll cages? Non "Gr" cars.

Turning BoP on for road cars removes all performance gains from spoilers and other parts. It basically resets the car to factory spec and all modifications become visual ones only.

Bop is turned on for all cars so tuning can be prohibited.
