Try something different and basically played with some zoom blur, tried to convey speed in different situations...

i like the first and third photos. the 300zx looks decent, except the blur kinda got messed up a bit. typical gimp problem really. but did you do the blur on a separate layer ? coz that sort of problem stems from doing the motion/zoom blur on the same layer. another would be excessive blur distance. but they all look very good indeed. next time i would like to see you work on the whole photo itself, instead of just the blurs. you know, like the exposure levels and colour balancing and stuff like that. things are looking up i must say!

Im using Photoshop, i cant seem to nail the zoom blur like some people on this forum, they have detailed lines while mine seem to lose detail even though its in the direction of the zoom... Im blurring on different layers too, ill have to look for some zoom blur tutorials to improve it.

Latest series... Nurburgring 24H

Lately ive been trying to capture some brutal racing shots, but I find it quite hard with GT4... ill be adding some more and try to convey the sense of endurance in the shots...
Ive used GT cars which would take part in the N24 and im trying to keep it as authentic as possible.

The Nurburgring 24H Series is defenately my best yet, i love endurance racing and the toughness of it, ive come pics coming up, this is going to be my largest by far aswell...

Youre right, a little less opacity would have made it more realistic.. next time i do one i wont make the reflections that strong.
